There was never a time that anybody would call me to see if I had made up my mind, or rush me on my decision, which was a plus. When I came back I new exactly what I wanted to buy, I was guided through the whole process with at ease which made it a great experience. Early in 2013 my wife and I were thinking about replacing our 2007 Mazda CX7, we look on line and did some comparisons on different vehicles. But we always went back to the Toyota Avalon. I had purchased a 2012 Ford F150 from John Jaso in June 2012 and really liked how both he and the Gulf Coast went out of their way to get me the vehicle I really wanted and for the best possible price. When we decided to go and see the 2013 Avalon and do a test drive, I called John to see if he could help us out. We meet John on Saturday afternoon and started looking at vehicles, settling on the Toyota Avalon. We were amazed by how nice the car really was. We had test driven a couple of other Toyota vehicles, but when we sat in the Avalon, we had the choice made for us. I was getting late in the day and John and the finance team worked their magic so we could drive the Avalon home that evening. I really appreciate the approach that John has with his customers, he will ask the right question to try and find the perfect fit for you and your pocket book. The car has a very complex radio and the team spent almost an hour explaining it and setting up the cell phone and sirrus radio. The car was freshly washed and had gas in it. That is what I call service. In addition, the price was very competitive and you did not feel taken advantage of, and there were not of the typical games other dealers use when selling a car. More
