Deceptive Sales Practices Very disappointing experience. I. was given a reasonable price for a Prius via e-mail quotation. I live in central Houston and so the drive to Angleto Very disappointing experience. I. was given a reasonable price for a Prius via e-mail quotation. I live in central Houston and so the drive to Angleton is quite out of the way, however I gave the dealership a chance. Upon arrival, things immediately changed when the salesman told me about the additional installed options. They also failed to honor the price that was given to me on the emails. the salesman manager was extremely rude and actually denied having sent any emails until I showed it to him and then he simply said that he would not honor the deal. I have purchased many cars but this is the worst experience I have had with an auto dealer. When I emailed the sales manager, ARNOLD AREVALO, about my concerns, he sent me back a hostile email in all caps!!! Unbelievable! More

Worst experience ever!!! Went in to buy a corolla 6-6-14.Sales person knew nothing about car features. Gave me the wrong price for the wrong car. They found the right car then Went in to buy a corolla 6-6-14.Sales person knew nothing about car features. Gave me the wrong price for the wrong car. They found the right car then the sales manager assured me that the price was good. After the test drive the sales rep said it was a mistake and changed it. At the end the sales manager didn't ever want to talk to us because it was so embarrassing. Never ever again. And I don't care about any response from a sales rep saying they will try to fix this. This is my second bad experience with this dealership. More

After 25 years of buying cars, I've never had a quicker, easier, more pressure free experience when it comes to making an automotive purchase. And after quite a bit of research before going, we know we got a great deal, without having to fight for it. Blaine and Paulette both were incredible and I can't recommend Gulf Coast Toyota enough. Paula Kovarnik I recently purchased a new Toyota Corolla from Gulf Coast Toyota and Paula Kovarnik was the sales lady who helped me. I had previously purchased a Co I recently purchased a new Toyota Corolla from Gulf Coast Toyota and Paula Kovarnik was the sales lady who helped me. I had previously purchased a Corolla from her at Gulf Coast Toyota a couple of years ago and she is one of the best I have ever dealt with. Her down to earth friendliness makes the whole car buying process a much happier experience. I cannot say enough nice things about her and what a pleasure it was to do business with her. I think Gulf Coast Toyota is fortunate to have her as one of their sales personnel as I can assure you over my lifetime I have purchased many cars and have walked out of some dealerships because of the lack of knowledge or pushiness of some sales people. But at Gulf Coast Toyota, Paula Kovarnik was certainly everything I would want in a sales person. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is in the market for a new Toyota. More

This is my third visit where the wait is long, on my last visit they forgot that my car was here? It sat for 45 minutes until I finally asked why it was still sitting in the parking lot. More

Sales Review - Paula Kovarnik We recently made the decision to shop for a new truck and had planned to spend our Saturday checking out several dealerships in the area. We had an i We recently made the decision to shop for a new truck and had planned to spend our Saturday checking out several dealerships in the area. We had an idea of what we were looking for in a vehicle and the price range that would fit our budget. Our first stop was Gulf Coast Toyota and Paula Kovarnik was the first salesperson that approached us. We told her what we were looking for and she immediately guided us to exactly the type of trucks we were looking for. We test drove a Toyota Tundra and really liked it, but after the paperwork was run, it was a little out of the price range that we wanted to pay. That didn't deter Paula, she told us to wait just a moment and she found another Toyota truck that had all of the options that we wanted, plus a few extras and it also had a better rebate than the first one we considered, bringing it into our price range. So, instead of spending an entire day shopping, we drove our new Toyota truck home that afternoon. I am so glad that Paula was the salesperson that helped us with our purchase. She answered all of our questions knowledgably and really sold us on the Toyota Tundra. I am usually uncomfortable with salespeople because they are pushy and just trying to make the sale, regardless of what you want. I never felt that way with Paula, she made us feel very comfortable and we never felt like we were being pushed into a purchase. She was very pleasant to deal with and we will definitely ask for her help when we plan future purchases. Gulf Coast Toyota is fortunate to have her! More
