I knew exactly what car I wanted, an I just bought a 2015 Toyota Prius. The is the second car I've bought from this dealer; the first was in 2007. I knew exactly what car I wanted, and I wanted a hassle-free experience. I came back to this dealer because of the "Internet" prices advertised on their website. The price was at the lower end of the KBB fair price range, so I didn't try to negotiate any lower. Other regional dealers weren't willing to beat their price. They were very honest with me that they couldn't beat the financing that I had gotten from my bank, so they didn't even bother running our credit reports or trying to talk us into the financing. They half-heartedly tried to up the price by insisting it didn't include the dealer add-ons. I told them firmly that I would take the advertised internet price or I would go home, and we had a deal. They didn't try to sell us an extended warranty or any other extras. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Everyone was very friendly, and I am satisfied that the deal was fair for both sides. I was also happy with the indoor and outdoor play areas for the kids, which helped distract mine while we signed paperwork. More

The next day I went back with my husband and he was not there so we were assisted by Paulette. She was very helpful from the get-go and ended up being more helpful than the original rep. She was able to help us get the car at a price that was affordable and also helped us find as many incentives as possible to bring our costs down.
