Easy hassle free buying I called ahead about a car that was on the lot. It was not the car for me but Paulette found a car that would fit my needs. Bad service I scheduled an appointment to have factory re-call work done two weeks in advance after I was told the parts were in. They took 9 days to perform the I scheduled an appointment to have factory re-call work done two weeks in advance after I was told the parts were in. They took 9 days to perform the work and get the vehicle back to me and it only took 2.6 hours to perform the work. I called twice to inquire about the status and left a comment on their web page. Every time I was told I would be communicated with shortly and never received a reply. I was told on the 8th day they would be finished that day and never heard back from them. When I called again at closing time I was told it would be ready at noon the next day. I went to the dealership at 1:30 PM the 9th day and was told it wouldn't be ready for another hour and a half. After I returned home I was called by the manager of that department who apologized for the delays and personally took charge of the repair and called me to come pick it up about 3:00 PM that day. More
