What's in a name ? Guaranty's name is really Guaranty Discount Chevrolet. Dont believe it for a second. I was negotiating on a used truck that was overpriced by about $ Guaranty's name is really Guaranty Discount Chevrolet. Dont believe it for a second. I was negotiating on a used truck that was overpriced by about $1500 even according to the website where I found it. When I pointed this out, they eventually agreed to sell the truck for book. No discount to be sure. Next, I ordered a spray-in bedliner that was supposed to be completed the following day and I was told I could could pick up the truck after 5PM. I was already staying in a motel so this created a problem, but I figured I could kill a few hours after checkout. Due to a some organizational problem, it didnt get done at all. The next day was Friday, so now I have to wait until Monday. I told them that I was staying in a motel because I lived 90 minutes away and there was a major storm coming so I didnt want to drive back. No problem, they said. We'll take care of it. It wasnt ready until Tuesday so I was stuck in this motel for 5 nights. When I went to finally pick up the vehicle, they informed me that they "couldnt" compensate me for the expenses. In addition to falsely claiming to be a "discount Chevrolet" dealer their slogan is "We always do the right thing". So now you know that neither is true. I will never go back to this crooked company not even for a free oil change. More
