We drive a very low mileage older year model QX56. Grubbs treats us with service as if we are driving a current year model. Their attention to detail makes us feel like we are just as special as their new ca treats us with service as if we are driving a current year model. Julie Kinney was awesome. Very professional and updated me frequently. She gets the 10+, Golden Star. She was great!!!! The service call taker/scheduler, Marisol??, I couldn't understand her when she said me frequently. She gets the 10+, Golden Star. She was great!!!! The service call taker/scheduler, Marisol??, I couldn't understand her when she said her name, is a completely different story. I have called several times leading up to my service and she is very unknowledgeable, puts me on terminal hold and doesn't ever have any answers and when she responds, it is very curt. She will absolutely ruin a great rating for a service advisor if the client is unaware that even though a service advisor is great but gives a low rating due to this service call taker, it would be very unfair to the service advisor. This call taker needs either be trained, get more training or if she has had both, maybe put her in a different position so that advisors are not unfairly rated due to her inexperience/unprofessionalism. First impressions matter and she doesn't cut it. Your competitor in Frisco doesn't have this issue w the service call taker/scheduler. I reiterate that Julie Kinney was on task and great to work with. I gace a rating of 5 based on her performance only, not based on poor performance of service call taker/scheduler. That girl gets an "F" or a -10. More

This is my 4th car I purchased from Grubbs Infiniti. Even though I live about an hour away from the dealership I still choose to go there always. Wendy my sales associate did not let me feel like I was purchasing a car it was more of a building a relationship. Thank you to the entire dealership and the staff for always taking care of me and my car needs. Just want to give a shout out to Ashley zuniga and the Grubbs team. I know this was a challenging week for the staff as well as for the state of Texas. I made the schedule for my appointment on a Tuesday Grubbs team. I know this was a challenging week for the staff as well as for the state of Texas. I made the schedule for my appointment on a Tuesday and Ashley was so on top of things that she called me before I made my way in to the appointment to let me know that there were no long cars available. I was working morning so I could not be without a vehicle and did not have time to wait. She was able to reschedule me on my day off two days later. she sent me a text message probably about four hours later with updates at what needed to be done. To my surprise it was more than I had anticipated. I needed tires and brakes, system flushes, maintenance checks, alignment and balance, and both mud guards needed to be replaced as they could not be remounted. The bill took me by surprise, so I had to make some moves and told her that it would be necessary for an additional day for me to acquire the funds. She was very patient and work with me. We could not see the upcoming week being as impactful as it was. I'm sure they would have finished the job within 48 to 72 hours but with the storm causing rolling blackouts, pipes bursting and overall making travel very challenging they finished the job in a reasonable amount of time. The loan car they provided me, turned out to be an all-wheel drive, which was perfect for the inclement weather that was coming that we could not foresee. I feel truly blessed to have met Ashley, she took care of me and kept me abreast throughout the entire process. She even made recommendations for me for future visits and told me to reach out to her if there were any problems or concerns. #5stars More
