Bought a used car there and I must say was a horrible experience. When you buy a vehicle you expect minor issues, but they tack on a charge because they inspected the vehicle and made minor fixes. Tried to sell me a car that had a cracked windshield and ended up paying !/2 the cost to fix. Key didn't lock the doors and didn't fix, windshield wiper fluid will not come out and it has been nearly a week and not fixed. Service department is horrible. They do not keep appointments but the showroom look immaculate and clean. Salesman are great problem is the dealership after you buy the vehicle. More

I found this dealership to be one that seemingly cares about meeting the needs of people. The employees all seem very friendly and eager to help, as needed. It’s also very welcoming in that it’s clean and about meeting the needs of people. The employees all seem very friendly and eager to help, as needed. Not only she did the normal “costumer service” that you always spect in a company, no, she gave us outstanding and wonderful costumer service, She went far and beyond, she understood us, she gave us exactl always spect in a company, no, she gave us outstanding and wonderful costumer service, She went far and beyond, she understood us, she gave us exactly what we needed and not only that she speak in the language that we feel more confortable talking, because of that we will like to congrats Infiniti for hiring her, if all companies thought about having Spanish speaking sales representatives everything will be different we ended up buying not only 1 but 2 QX50 JUST BECAUSE OF HER, definitely we would like to hear back from her in the future and see her grow in the business. I would like to mention that she voluntary offered to come to our house and make my mother in law singed the paperwork since she was not able to travel. Amazing costumer service Kudos for Yesell and hope that she continues to give the best of her in the business. I would love to speak to her manager and let him/her know about the amazing experience we have at Infiniti in Grapevine. Please Infiniti in Grapevine, keep hiring people like her. Just to mention something that we did not feel comfortable: I don’t know the name of that sales representative but, how rude he was that he went into Yesell’s office while she was not there, he picked up something from her desk and he didn’t even say hi or sorry to us, we were like invisible to him, so disrespectful, if that is the way we are going to feel around, we are going to let our friends or family to stay away from people like him. Maybe it was the way we were dressed or what but that was not nice. Again Yesell she was TOTALLY different and we will never forget that amazing service she provided. Keep up the good work Yesell you rock, we don’t even know how to thank you. More

Had an amazing experience with this dealership. Went in for an oil change on my current G37s and meet Mr Shon Hood. Showed me a couple of vehicles and caught my attention very quickly. Had amazing deals go for an oil change on my current G37s and meet Mr Shon Hood. Showed me a couple of vehicles and caught my attention very quickly. Had amazing deals going on. And walked out with a beautiful QX50 a deal I just couldn't pass up. Also met with general manager Chris Styles who was awesome as well. Look forward to my next purchase with this dealership.
