I told him about a mark on the car he said “ you don’t worry about that I promise the car would look like new. To my surprise, the car looks like he said it will. I was about to cancel the deal now I know I can look for another vehicle and feel confident that I am not been rob. the only problem was the finance person. They need to have some training on how to deal with customers and not saying over and over they have some one else and if you want to come later. That’s something they need to work.
