The actual service I received from Grubbs on 12/2 was great. My car was ready when promised and issues were addressed/repaired. The reason for 4 vs. 5 stars is the impossibility of getting someone at Grubbs Service to answer the phone. I’m not sure how they stay so busy because it took me 20 minutes to navigate thru their system and get a live person to help me schedule an appointment and this was someone in Parts! This is not the first time I have had this issue. Every person there, to whom I complained was aware of the problem, just not in a position to fix it. I have owned many Infiniti vehicles, most purchased from Grubbs. This issue needs to be addressed. More

Our salesman Ken Davis was off the chart great. Very knowledgeable and shares that knowledge well. The floor manager John was also very good.
