They are always friendly and helpful. They are also cheaper than some of the other Infiniti dealerships for repairs and especially for parts. cheaper than some of the other Infiniti dealerships for repairs and especially for parts. More
I had an amazing experience with Grubbs Infinity. Adolfo Hernandez is the salesman that went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Will definitely return in the future. I’m at the end of my lease and I wanted to shop around to be sure I’d get the best price. I told the salesperson I’d like to finance at 48 months. No down payment. He brings me quotes for 60 and 72 months wi be sure I’d get the best price. I told the salesperson I’d like to finance at 48 months. No down payment. He brings me quotes for 60 and 72 months with $4000+ added. Not what I asked for. I then decided to ask for my odometer statement and lease buy out contract. He sends a second salesman. This guy tells me the $4000 is tax, title, and license. A lie. Again, I ask for the odometer statement and lease buy out contract. He sends a third man who lies the same lie. Tells me they can’t finance outside the dealership. I tell him then you are a middle man. I need to deal directly with Infiniti. I attempt to leave. He follows me to my car and keeps lying. I drive to Sewell, which is where I should have gone in the first place. Grubbs dealership is nice but the salespeople are pushy and the twist the truth. I felt like I was at a shady used car lot. I WAS very interested in the new QX60 and had put a deposit on an Autograph edition with GRUBBS INFINITIin Grapevine, TX back in Oct 2021. At the time I was told this would reserve my spot on a list a deposit on an Autograph edition with GRUBBS INFINITIin Grapevine, TX back in Oct 2021. At the time I was told this would reserve my spot on a list and ensure that I would only pay MSRP for car. When cars to arrive the dealership notified me of what was coming and asked me to come in to finalize the deal. When I arrived at the dealership I found out the cars weren't actually in yet, but on the way however the dealer couldn't or wouldn't share the sticker details to understand what options we on each car. The just told me the trim level and colors and then informed me that they were charging $20k above MSRP. When I pointed out the previous deal that I was given when I put $$ down, they basically said they changed their mind and that I would have to pay an additional $20k for the car. This is the worst customer experience that I have ever had buying a car and is borderline criminal. I currently own two other Infiniti SUVs, but after this experience, I'm DONE. Throughout the process the sales staff wasn't knowledgeable about the car and what distinguished various trim levels or transparent about what cars were coming in and when. It felt like I was shopping at a used car lot rather then buying luxury car. Then have them jack the cost up nearly 32% above MSRP is ridiculous. That's made this car as mush as a loaded QX80 or BMWX7. Congratulations, you've lost a customer for life. More
