Luke Snowden is the most professional and knowledgeable service advisor hands down. I've had many cars in my lifetime and have never had the opportunity to be assisted by someone so kind, polite, professio service advisor hands down. I've had many cars in my lifetime and have never had the opportunity to be assisted by someone so kind, polite, professional and knowledgeable. This is at EVERY appointment and not just occasionally. Grubbs should use Luke as the example not only for service advisors to follow, but sales people and anyone at Grubbs dealing with the public. He is superior at what he does and the way he treats customers. He always gives me timely updates as well and explains situations thoroughly.
