I was driving from Austin to Norman when my 2020 QX60 transmission blew out (58,500 miles). Everyone was very accommodating. This happened on a Tuesday. I picked my car back up on Saturday. All covered under warranty. They even gave me a loaner car to finish my trip and head back to Austin. I think I will drive 2 1/2 hours to purchase my next car from GRUBBS. Thank you More

If you enjoy great customer service, this is not the dealership for you when your car needs servicing. I scheduled an appt for service and provided the advisor with details regarding the need for my vis dealership for you when your car needs servicing. I scheduled an appt for service and provided the advisor with details regarding the need for my visit. I received an email shortly with the details for my visit, appt time, and advisor. Upon arrival at the dealership, my service advisor was not there, but Luke came to assist (awesome guy). I had to explain again the reason for my visit but hey, no problem. My issue was not with Luke but with the loaner car team. I waited in an area next to his office for 10 mins or so. While waiting, the loaner car personnel passed me three or four times and never spoke or stated he would be with me shortly. He did, however, have conversations with co-workers regarding lunch and afternoon plans as I continued to wait. Lunch plans over assisting waiting customers are the bigger priority here. More

Grubbs Infinity dealership uses a valet service that will pick up your infinity in need of repair at your residence or place or work and drop off a loaner vehicle while your infinity is being repaired. Whe pick up your infinity in need of repair at your residence or place or work and drop off a loaner vehicle while your infinity is being repaired. When your car repair is complete, the valet will then return your washed and repaired infinity to your residence or place of work and pick up the loaner vehicle free of charge. This is not only a game changer for choice of DFW dealerships for convience, it also saves the consumer from taking off work to take the car in for repairs and navigaring DFW traffic! We were told in finance that we would receive our trade equity check in five days, it’s been a month and still no check. When I called and emailed the contacts I was provided I don’t get a response.
