After going through the whole process of test driving a few different cars, Kevin was still very patient when I couldn't make up mind. After a few hours of me trying decide, Pete and Kevin went out of their way to make a deal that was undeniably the best deal they could give us. No haggling, just here is the best we can give. They lowered the price of their car and raised the price of my trade in order to get a deal that I was comfortable taking. Very honest from the beginning, open and very friendly. Well mannered but not to the point of being stiff. I am very happy with the experience at Grubbs Infiniti. I happened to be in Dallas on business and called him and told him could he bring car to hotel in 45 minutes and it was no problem. He was very professional and friendly. He made me a good deal and was willing to work with me in any way.Even offered to meet me half way between okla city and Dallas!!!Made me deal on my tradein and I drove back to Dallas next day. The entire experience was positive. I asked some tech questions about the All wheel drive and he grabbed a tech guy to answer all my questions and he even linked up my phone to the car system. Had a bad experience at a different Infiniti dealership, but desperately wanted to find the m35h. Emailed request late Saturday night....received call back Sunday morning....by Monday at 1:00pm, Mark had l but desperately wanted to find the m35h. I already owned a Nissan Murano, and much of the Infiniti is similar. But the FX was a leap ahead technology wise than the Murano. Ralph gave me an in-depth run down on the car. Steve went the extra mile to find me the exact car I wanted (color, accessories, and add on packages). I just can't thank you enough. Ralph Kinchen gave us TREMENDOUS service. Honestly, it almost felt like a dream as it took little more than our saying "yes, we like that car", and poof! there it was in our driveway two days later! I have to say that this experience was the best that my wife and I have ever had buying a car. We felt as if we were the king of hill with Ralph's personalized efforts. Ralph arranged for him to bring the car to our home (my wife met him because her place of work is very close to home), drop it off and I went by the dealership on my way home to do the paperwork.
