I met with Mr. O'Day for a short time at the dealership. He did all the above in the same day. I even accepted the price he offered without bargaining - he was extremely efficient. I went to the dealership in the evening signed some papers and drove my car home. I highly recommend Mr. Joe O'Day to serious customers. Actually, in addition to his efficiency, he is very friendly, helpful and fun to deal with. I recommend him to the not very serious customers as well. More

I was a walk-in customer requesting a test drive. I had been at the Audi dealer next door and test drove the Audi Q5. This originally was the vehicle that I was most interested in. Since all sales people were busy receptionist saw that I was seated comfortably and offered a beverage. This was in marked contrast to the Audi dealer, where I was ignored and had to locate a sales person myself. When an Infiniti sales person became available, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles he had in stock. I test drove two vehicles, an FX and an EX. He explained the differences in the two models and gave me the chance to experiment with the features that he had explained. He was patient, friendly and, answered all questions. Originally interested in comparing the EX to the Audi Q5, my interest was caught by the FX. Both Infiniti vehicles that I drove were high quality and very impressive, but the FX proved impossible to pass up. The sales person offered two FX choices, a 2011 and a 2012. Though it was nearing the Saturday 6:00 PM closing time, he wrote up deals on both FX model years. Both deals were equitable and fair. The back and forth negotiation was reasonable and at no time did I feel any pressure. When I decided on the 2012, the staff stayed late until all papers were signed. During this time I was introduced to the owner, sales manager and finance manager. All were low key and friendly. The experience was the best one that I have had in purchasing a vehicle. More

My wife and I live in Katy, Texas and we have been looking for a good deal on a pre-owned car for months. The typical issues we had with local inventory was price, color, mileage and/or features on th looking for a good deal on a pre-owned car for months. The typical issues we had with local inventory was price, color, mileage and/or features on the available vehicles. We looked at them all...BMW, Audi, Acura and Infiniti. We were most impressed by the combination of styling/technology and performance of the Infiniti FX35; but could not find the combination we were looking for locally. My wife sent me a link to Grubbs Infiniti in Euless and the 2011 pre-owned FX35 they had available. It was PERFECT in every way! But, I was hesitant to try and deal with someone 4-1/2 hours away. Past experiences with dealerships left me dreading the negotiating back and forth with someone on the phone; and concerned about certain aspects of the deal not going through as agreed once we met face to face. Kevin assured me that they did not operate like many dealerships do and offered his best deal right then and there on the phone. He allowed us to work out the financing and held the vehicle for several days so we could make the trip to Euless on the next Saturday. Once we arrived we were immediately greeted and welcomed like old friends. We must have shook a dozen hands before we ever took a seat in Kevin's office! And just as he promised, everything was ready to go. All we needed to do is take a test drive, sign a few documents and be sent on our way. It was the absolute BEST experince that we have ever had buying a car! The people at Grubbs Infiniti are professional, honest and truly want you to have a wonderful experience buying a new vehicle. I recommend them, without hesitation, and would prefer them over any of the dozens of dealerships I have dealt with personally. We found a used car online with Grubbs Infiniti...their used cars have very low mileage. We drove from Oklahoma to get the car - the employees were very helpful..Sam Turner is a no pressure sales man and v used cars have very low mileage. This was my first experience with Grubbs Infiniti. I purchased my car over the phone based on an ad I saw on Auto Trader. Sam Turner was the salesman and immediately he took outstanding care of me, before he even met me, as I was calling from San Antonio. He got my trade appraised, got me the best deal on the car, worked with me as I got my credit union's financing, and kept me abreast of everyhting that was going on with the car I was looking to purchase. I drove up from San Antonio early on a Friday morning, and he called me first thing Friday to find out where I was and if I had any trouble finding my way. He met me in the parking lot as soon as I arrived and immediately showed me the car. It was more than I had imagined from seeing it on the Auto-trader website. He took me on a test drive, got the paperwork done, and closed the deal in no time flat. He was extremely courteous, and contacted me after the sale to make sure everything was ok. Though I live in San Antonio, I will make special trips to Grubbs for service, because of the customer service I received while there. It was an overall great experience and I hope to do business with Grubbs Infiniti again in the future. Thanks to Sam Turner (especially), Nick Amandelaro and Pete Hankins I really felt welcome at Grubbs Infiniti. And as for the car (2011 Infiniti M37) I've never seen anything like it in my life and I'm enjoying every minute of owning it so far. My wife owned a 1993 Lexus ES300 that I bought her new for Mothers Day. She loved the vehicle and babied it all the time. After 18 years and 84000 miles the transmission went out on it and Lexus would not help in any way since it was 18 years old and the service (changing the oil and filters) was not done at a Lexus Dealership even though I had proof that I had maintained the proper service on it. This upset my wife to no end and said she would not buy another Lexus. So in March she decided she needed to look at other manufacturers. She looked at a Lincoln MKX and was not impressed with it for the price and pressure to buy. I then took her to look at Infiniti's since my best friend had raved about them. When we walked in we were greeted by Mike Rabbas and she told him that she was just looking. He said if he could be of any assistance to please let him know. After looking and being impressed with the FX35 we stopped by and told him that if we decided to buy that we would come back to see him. There was NO PRESSURE!!! Two months later we went back and looked at the FX35 again since it was at the top of her list and it would cost thousands to repair her Lexus. She decied she wanted to buy the FX35 so we sat down with Mike and talked about it. After about 1 hour she owned a 2011 FX35 and was just beaming with joy. At the time I owned a 2009 Ford Edge and after driving the FX35 decided I needed to figure a way to get one for myself. Mike stayed in touch with me and kept me informed of what was happening with incentives and interest. On August 13th I went in to see Mike and discuss the purchase of another FX35. I told him at first I was going to wait on the 2012 model, but just couldn't wait and was ready to buy one for myself. About 2 hours later I drove off in my new 2011 FX35. Now we have two in our family. Mike was the best sales experience I have ever encountered in the 34 years I have been buying new vehicles. The service I receive from George is almost as good as I used to get from Johnny Woods (Director and part Owner)at Hillard Auto Park. But that is difficult to match and George has come the closet to it. Yes I feel I will never receive the service I received from Johnny after he retired because he would always take care of me on the spur of the moment since I worked out of town all the time. Time will tell, but I will go out of my way to use the Service at Grubbs Infiniti. More
I purchased a pre-owned Infiniti 3 1/2 months ago. The car had hail damage that after further inspection had not been completely repaired when we took ownership. The second visit was for maintenance check which showed new brake pads would be needed soon. We just took possession of the car 3 months ago! While in the shop the car was damaged. It was minor and not noticed until we got home to put something in the trunk as the damage was in the back of the car. That visit required repeated attempts to schedule and once while on the way to the dealership were told we would not be able to drop off the car at that time because a loaner was not available. We work and go to school so this was an obvious inconvenience. The damage incurred during servicing still has to be repaired. I would you strongly recommend finding another dealership and researching carefully. More
