He informed me of the incentives that Grubbs had for the month and also with my employer offer. Mike and Nick who actually closed the deal where very friendly and made me feel very comfortable about the deal I was getting and Nick explain in detail the contract I was signing.I would highly recommend Grubbs to anyone.Matter of fact I have told several friends about Grubbs.Thanks again to the staff at Grubbs !!!! That is only half the story -- since it is a luxury vehicle we needed to feel confident that the dearlership would treat us fairly and provide the services we might need following the sale. Our sales person Joe O'Day provided us with that confidence with the direct and friendly service he provided. About a year ago we looked at a sports model, but settled on a competitor, Joe stayed in touch to maintain a relationship even though we did not buy. More

Terry was on the ball! When I drove up for service that morning before work to drop off my vehicle, he was walking out to greet me. I even returned at lunch to pick up something I forgot in my car and Terry had it waiting. He listened to the voice message I left for him about it and returned the called to say he got the message and had the item ready. Finally, in the afternoon when I returned to pick up my vehicle, Terry was walking toward me within a couple minutes of me getting there. Give that man a raise! More

I was pleasantly surprised and greatly enjoyed working with the Grubbs Infiniti Team. Joe O'Day, Internet Sales Manager, was a joy to work with. He seemed to know that I was not going to be persuaded in with the Grubbs Infiniti Team. Joe O'Day, Internet Sales Manager, was a joy to work with. He seemed to know that I was not going to be persuaded into doing anything I wasn't prepared to do. He allowed me to ask questions I already knew the answers too and simply reinforced or confirmed my feelings about Infiniti. Mark Cameron, Finance Manager picked up right where Joe left off, and made me feel I was making the right decision. Kudos to all those involved as I believe you may have just found a customer for life. More
They were above and beyond friendly when we got out of our vehicle to look at the used car. They didnt try to haggle us or make us look at something we were not interested in. It was late when we looked so Peter came in and told us he was not giving us the service he deserved but that he would call us when they opened in the morning. And he did just that. And when we got on the lot that moring they met us outside and said this is yours all you have to do is sign. There was no us waiting there for hours like other dealerships. And every person in the dealership stoped by and said hello to us. I will definatly use this dealer again. More
