Except when rush repair was needed and Grubbs could not schedule. Out of town service for alternator. Always expensive, but wanted to maintain car correctly. Last few visits ( within 18 months ) service has been charging more and doing less. For the first time sent out an email telling me all the things that should be done as far as scheduled service. Along with a detailed description of what they thought was wrong with the car ( not starting ) Last week car had problems starting, service said key was damaged, 268.00 to recut and program. Rip off. possible module for 400.00. Explained that I felt service dept was off there rocker. Problem with car happened with two different keys. Very random failure. Two times out of 60 or more starts without problem. And last time it failed I was able to start engine by spraying B 12 chemtool into intake for air cleaner. All this was explained when car was dropped off. We had loaner car, so the fact that the car was in service for 5 days was OK. Never found the problem with the key. Power antennae did not work when car was returned, I feel certain that it was damaged during the car wash at Grubbs, ( it would not lower by itself if car was running as normal) and this is why it got bent at the Grubbs wash. Talked with Terry Beaver, said he would check with service. Never heard back. Possible that removal of dash to check out key could have stopped antennae from working. Power switch for antennae is close to removed part. Regardless I have waited for a call back from service and no response. Sales department is always friendly , but do not plan on buying a car at Grubbs again due to service problems and lack of respect. Service writers are trying to make too much money on bogus service claims. Still mad about the time I had to buy 8 coil modules because they could not tell which one of the eight was causing the error code. How did you hear about us? Why would you ask this question ( without a proper selection list ) when you sent me this Dealer rating form. To my email? More
I thought owning an Infiniti G37 was just a distant dream. Lou Huff worked hard to get me into my dream car early. Lou made my purchase experience stress-free and got me into a comfortable payment. I h dream. Lou Huff worked hard to get me into my dream car early. Lou made my purchase experience stress-free and got me into a comfortable payment. I highly recommend Grubbs Infiniti to anyone who desires to drive the best car ever. All the staff were professional and kind. There is no "high pressure sales". They make you feel like family while you are there. The process from the time we got to Grubbs to start the paperwork to the time I was driving my amazing car home, went quickly and smoothly. I was very impressed. I will always do business with Grubbs Infiniti. More
It was the best car buying experience ever. Sales person was not pushy, & bent over backwards to meet all my needs. Worked with every request I had & even offered a few incentives to make sure that I was happy. When it came time to make a deal it was what can we do to make your experience the best possible. I put down my terms & I was met about 95% of the way. There was no back & forth haggling, no this is the best we can do, take or leave it. When they couldn't give something up on cost, there was an incentive thrown my way to help the deal in my favor & it was actual pennies on the dollar. I walked away extremely happy & with the car that I was searching for. I highly recommend the dealership because it's about making the customer happy, doing what needs to be done, within reason to make the deal far for all parties involved. That I will take every time. My experience at Grubbs with both Steve and Pete were very positive during and post completion of the transaction on the 2011 QX56. I initially visited Grubbs dealership to look at a 2010 QX56 and Steve very positive during and post completion of the transaction on the 2011 QX56. I initially visited Grubbs dealership to look at a 2010 QX56 and Steve had me compare the ride to the 2011 which I thought was out of my ballpark in terms of pricing. Steve did a fabulous job of pointing out the key differences to make me a better informed consumer about the purchase. Though there was an initial misunderstanding, Pete stepped up to the plate and was able to convert me from a Sewell legacy customer to a new Grubbs customer. More
At the first call, I asked if the car was leaking any oil. I was told 'no', this car doesn't have any major issues, our service department checks them out before we put on the lot for sale. I paid them oil. I was told 'no', this car doesn't have any major issues, our service department checks them out before we put on the lot for sale. I paid them $10,000+ for a 2002 Pontiac TransAM. Before I even left the lot I got in the car ready to drive off and when closing the door it sounded like the window was hitting the frame which i didn't notice on the test drive, I'm usually pretty gentle with doors. Bobby told me I could bring it back and they would check it, was probably a clip. I agreed and went ahead and drove the car home. The very next day I noticed the Service Engine light was on, meaning the car won't even pass inspection. I brought the car right back and instead of handling it, they sent me to Freeman Buick/Pontiac because I guess they serviced a Service Engine light prior to the sale. I dropped off the car at Freeman and they found out the Catalytic converter, thank goodness it was under warranty so I got 2 new ones. At the same time i asked Freeman to check the power steering because it sounded like it was going out. He opened the cover to the reservoir and it was overfilled. So, power steering unit was ruined. What mechanic doesn't know that? I even know overfilling is just as bad as under-filling the reservoir. I called and left at least 7 messages over a week and a half before Bobby at Grubbs returned my call. They refused to give me a loner car even though it was their Service Department who made the mistake. They finally put in another power steering pump and I drove off and noticed the sound was still there. I called Bobby back again for over a week before call was returned. I brought the car back in after weeks and they determined the part was defective. They gave me some bologna about their service dept would call me when ready to bring in. It took over a month. During that time I noticed there were drops of fluid on my garage floor, I hadn't noticed before because my car is always on top of it but one day had car in driveway and that's when I noticed it. When I finally brought the car back to Grubbs to get a good power steering pump I told them to check the oil too because I saw drops on my garage floor. They replaced the power steering pump and put the worn bad belt on it so as soon as I left I heard the belt noise and immediately brought it back to Grubbs within 5 minutes. I had to leave the car overnight again so they could change a belt which took 2 days!!! Ridiculous, I could have done it myself in 15 minutes. I also had them look at the door I had originally complained about and told them it looked like someone poured glue down there. I told him to have the service guy look for my oil leak as long as they had the car as well. This time they did give me a loner car because it was the Service Dept's mistake. Well wasn't it all along to begin with? I think so! I picked up the car 2 days and the belt was fine now. Why does it take 2 days to put on a belt???? For the door, they just put more silicone in it... geeze, should have been replaced completely... They said I was leaking oil at the oil filter and to take it back to oil change place which I did immediately. I got down in their pit and the oil filter was flush up against where it is supposed to go. They showed me where it was leaking at the rear main seal and said, "No dealer would have told you that it was the oil filter". I told them it wasn't the pontiac dealer, it was Grubbs Infinity. I immediately called Bobby even before I left the oil change lot. After 7 calls and a week and a half, he finally returned my call. He didn't give me any options so I told him I would take the car back to Freeman Buick/Pontiac and have them give me an estimate, maybe powertrain was still under warranty. I was actually looking for the sales guy to offer some solution for me but I'm doing all the legwork myself. I took to Freeman Pontiac and they told their sevice guy to check for leaks. They found: water pump leaking only 4-5 days (I already replaced), rear main seal gasket leaking for some time, oil pan gasket leaking for some time and also power steering hose leaking. I drove right over to Grubbs Infinity and spoke to the Sales manager, Pete Hankins. Since they already replaced the power steering pump 4 times, I feel it is their responsibility and should have replaced the hoses as well. Pete took a copy of my estimate from the pontiac dealer and said he would start asking questions on Monday. On Tuesday 1/18/2011 I called him and asked what he found out. Honestly he couldn't tell me one question he asked and to whom. He just said there's nothing they can do and that I was out of luck. What kind of service is that and where is their integrity???? BEWARE PEOPLE, especially if it is not an infinity you buy from Grubbs. They send cards out that say they want you to be satisfied before, during and after the sale but they don't care at all. I paid $10,000 for a LEMON which they claimed had no major issues prior to me even seeing the car. They got my money and I am stuck with a car payment and all these repairs. Shoot, they got their commission, why should they care any further? They sent me on wild goose chases, leaving me to find rides to work when I left it at their shop every time except once. They cost me a lot of time and stress. Is that who you want selling you your next car?????? Be careful and beware, they just want your money and the rest is on you. More
Bob was super nice, fun, easy going, no pressure, answered all my questions and has a great team working with him. If I were going in to buy another car today, he would be my man! The car was looked at but they couldn't give me a quote that day. They got back to me 30 hours later. I have owned 16 vehicles in the last 10 years and it has never taken more than 5 minutes after inspection to get the trade in value. The quote was 3 grand under Blue Book Trade in so I found another Infiniti dealership which was offering 7K off the same vehicle. Sent them pictures and information about my trade in. They offered 3K more for the trade in than Grubbs. Grubbs offered to meet in the middle which was still much more. No thanks, with the poor service I received I would rather drive 4 hours to San Antonio to get better service and get a much better deal. The guys at Gunn Infiniti were awesome and took care of me. I took the FX35 to Grubbs today just one week after purchasing the vehicle for an accessory. It apparently was an inconvenience even though scheduled and the person that completed the install left a huge grease stain on the white carpet. We will see how they handle fixing the stain they left in my brand new FX. More

I can't say enough good things about Grubbs Infiniti, this is my second lease car from there. I live in Cedar Park, Texas (Austin) and I compared price with several dealers in this area. I called Grubb this is my second lease car from there. I live in Cedar Park, Texas (Austin) and I compared price with several dealers in this area. I called Grubbs and talked to Ralph and told him what I wanted and what I wanted to pay in lease payments. He found the car I wanted and gave me a better quote on payments than some of the other dealers I had talked to. I told him I didn't want to drive to Euless to get the car and trade in the lease car I had so he said no problem. He had someone bring the car to me on a trailer so there would not be any extra miles on it, and they picked up the Infiniti I was turning in. This is my fifth infiniti and I love them, I've never had one in the shop for anything. I was ready for a new infiniti again this year and called Ralph and he did the same thing for me and I love my new 2010 QX56. He took care of everything over the phone even the financing part and that makes everything so easy to buy one of their cars. Thanks Ralph and I'm sure I'll be calling you again in three years. I have never been in the Grubbs dealership but everyone I've ever talked to on the phone was always so nice and treat you like a friend rather than a customer. Grubbs will continue to get my business from now on. More
