We appreciated the delivery to our home in Granbury. Temporarily, we have only one driver in the family (broken foot). This strong review in spite of the fact that the car had to return to service immediately following delivery to resolve two TSB related issues. Yes, a problem. But one handled exceptionally well. Sayed and Matt have exceptional customer relationship skills. We were offered a loaner car ... an appreciated service. The issues seem to have been resolved. If there's a concern it would be that the two issues we experienced should have been picked up in the pre sale inspection. More

I was contacted by Sayed very shortly after submitting my inquiry. One thing that I appreciated is that he wasn't pushy at all. He understood that I worked long hours and wasn't aggressive in his approach. Finally, I went in on May 24th after a few days of back and forth. Immediately, I was greeted by the receptionist and was able to meet Sayed to discuss trading in my car. Throughout the entire process, Sayed knew what car I wanted and didn't try to sell me on anything I did not want or need. Overall, I was able to leave with the vehicle I had been drooling over for quite some time and I'm very happy with it. I'd definitely recommend buying from Grubbs and working with Sayed. I'm hopeful that I'll be purchasing all of my future cars from this dealership going forward! More

Bad experience with sales person Wow!!! Have never been fed so much double talk from a salesperson in my life. Because they did not have the QX60 in stock with the equipment I want Wow!!! Because they did not have the QX60 in stock with the equipment I wanted he kept pushing another one with features I did not want. Then went on to say that if they had to get one from another dealer I’d have to pay to have it transported so I’d be better off paying for the features I didn’t want because of better resale. I tried to explain to him what I was looking for and he would not listen. I finally had to say thanks for the info and walk away. Will never go to Grubb’s again. More
