Mr. Trankle has the vehicle dropped off at my house, which was an amazing convenience at I live in north Irving and the dealership in in Euless on a highway that is under construction. High quality vehicles with fast, friendly sevice. I had been shopping for a used Lexus RX350, so I knew what price at what year/quality was fair. So, when Grubbs listed one for sale within those gene I had been shopping for a used Lexus RX350, so I knew what price at what year/quality was fair. So, when Grubbs listed one for sale within those general parameters, I called and Ivan Martinez said the vehicle was available and was in very good condition (that's what they all say, right?). Upon arrival, Ivan had the vehicle out front for me. He had not over sold the condition of the vehicle over the phone...it was it great condition. He afforded me all the time I needed to thoroughly check out the vehicle, and encouraged a test drive. He was courteous and direct. When I made an offer, he said he needed to "check the numbers"....and returned within 5 minutes with a written offer that I knew to be a good price. He had great patience and hustles without being a hustler. I had financing lined up, so I thought, so when there was a glitch causing me to re-start the process with the credit union, it turned out to be a blessing. The dealer very quickly set me up with their own financing at a competitive rate. If not for the delays when dealing with the credit union, I would have been out of there in less than 2 hours after my arrival. Bottom line, I got a high quality used car at a good price, and Ivan made the process stress-free. Grubbs offers (at no charge) a 3 month/3000mi. power train warranty on all used vehicles...not much, but some piece of mind, and NO auction dealer will do that. Oh yeah, I wasn't trading in, and as I hadn't planned on buying that day, Ivan had the vehicle delivered to me the next day at no charge. We gravitated toward the car and he helped us with all the information we wanted. He kept it low key and wasn't trying to push us toward making any commitments yet. Once we decided this was the right car for us, and despite the untimeliness, the process was very relaxed and friendly.
