I guess a dealer is only as good as the person who represents them. I'm in North Carolina, looking for a used FX37 and found a couple at Grubbs - so I email them, talk with Sam over the course of a w represents them. I'm in North Carolina, looking for a used FX37 and found a couple at Grubbs - so I email them, talk with Sam over the course of a week and narrow down one of the vehicles. He sends me pictures, there are scratches - but tells me they can easily buff out - outside of these scratches, the car is in great shape. I tell him I'm going to send someone over to inspect the car- we agree on a price for the car (as long as I close the deal by the end of the month, which is 3 days) - I say no problem. I tell him, before I send the guy over to inspect the car please make sure all the scratches are buffed out (or taken care of) - OK he says. He tells me via email the car has been cleaned up (on a Thursday) and sends me more pics. I tell him, "I'm confused by these pics, looks like the scratches are still there"- he says "they are cleaning up the car now, I'll get you more pics" - sends over more pics. So I arrange for the inspection (the coming Saturday AM) - and send him and email on Friday telling him they are coming over in the AM and tell him "make sure everything is in order and all fixes are done because he's going over this car like a surgeon" - he says "all done, I'm confident he has no issues." I get the report Saturday afternoon, scratches on the hood, left front bumper, left door, mirror, rear lift gate and best of all - the right door has scratches and the door jam is all messed up because, as he put it "clearly someone had to get into the car- I wouldn't be surprised if this was a repo". The fact that there are scratches throughout the car isn't my issue- my issue is Sam, and the fact that, despite me telling him how important it was for him to be honest with me, he couldn't do that - instead he played the "used car salesman" role to a T. So, because this guy couldn't be up front he (IMO) ruins the reputation of the dealership. Perhaps your experience will be different, but mine was very bad. The car buying experience with Mr. Kinchen was exceptional. The level of personal service that he provided was far beyond any that we have received anywhere else. Sent in a request to receive more information about one of the Infiniti's that Grubbs had offered on their website. Well, I never got past the email process to purchase that vehicle. Hey, I am like any other consumer out there now a days and I want the best product for the best price offered out there. Initially the salesman provided me such information and those numbers for potential purchase. I took that information and was preparing to sit down and do some comparisons, before actually making my high end Infiniti purchase. Remember, just like most car shoppers, I am shopping the 3 big Infiniti dealerships in and around DFW. Well, before I could take the time to make such comparrison or decision among all the figures I had gotten, I received another email from that salesman which frankly insulted me. The indication within the email was "Infiniti's are not for everyone" Are you kidding me ? To me it was insulting to assume that because I had not made an immediate decision or jumped all over the "offer" that perhaps I could not afford the Infiniti product! I felt like I was being judged and talked down to by someone who has no idea or knowledge of my finances. There really is no other way to take that statement that was presented to me. What a snobbish comment to make to someone. In a further search of the dealerrater website I found a similar complaint of same salesperson being rude or talking down to a customer. Sorry Grubbs Infiniti, just because a consumer wants to mull over numbers when shopping for a new Infiniti purchase and just because he/she does not quickly "jump all over" the deal offered by your staff, in no way should indicate to your salesperson that I don't have the money to buy an Infiniti with a comment like "Infiniti's are not for everyone". A new Infiniti is for me and I can afford it. However, now it will not be purchased through your dealership. More
Grubbs is an outstanding dealership. My wife and I had an excellent experience with them while purchasing our G37 (What an incredible car!!) I was impressed with the quality of service I receive from both Julie person and Brendon Porter. At the begining I wasn't really ready to buy a car because I was still shopping and comparing prices but from both Julie person and Brendon Porter. My experience with Grubbs Infiniti was awesome! I had previously done business with Sewell for my other two Infinitis but when my lease was almost up I decided to check out Grubbs since it is closer to h previously done business with Sewell for my other two Infinitis but when my lease was almost up I decided to check out Grubbs since it is closer to home and where I took my car for service. From the first phone call with Jeff Armstrong I knew that I would be a Grubbs customer from now on! I told him which car I wanted and where I had hoped my payments would be and he made it happen! I was so excited to get a great deal on a beautiful new, fully loaded car! Jeff's response time was super quick and he answered every one of my (many) questions. The whole process was fast and simple, almost seemed too good to be true! When I arrived at the dealership all of the paperwork was ready for me, my 2013 G37 was on the showroom floor and I passed over the keys to my 2010 G lease return. Nick Amandelaro in finance was wonderful and explained everything that I was signing and answered all of my questions. Both Jeff and Nick were honest and straight forward with me and valued my time but did not rush me out of there. I was excited to drive my new car off of the showroom floor and they even took photos of me with it! And having a technology specialist (Robert Olsen) show me all of the features on my car was an added bonus! Even though I am familiar with Infiniti he still took the time to show me the cars features, sync my iPhone and Bluetooth, and show me how to program my settings. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and that every question was answered. Thank you Jeff, Nick, and Robert for an easy and enjoyable buying experience! From start to finish Joe was true to his word. In his initial email to me, he stated he would make it a fun, fast experience! What I appreciated the most was the fact that once I introduced my 17 year o initial email to me, he stated he would make it a fun, fast experience! What I appreciated the most was the fact that once I introduced my 17 year old son (who we were buying the car for) he directed his questions to him instead of us. All the other dealerships acted as if he wasn't there. This made an impression on my son. It is the little things that make a huge difference - simply treating him as if he was the buyer. When it came time to make the deal - he was honest and fair. You can't ask for more than that. Next step was the financing - in comes Mark.... The dreaded finance office - wait - it wasn't dreadful at all! Mark was easy going - thorough, fast and charming. He didn't try to sell us on things we didn't need - didn't pressure and made us feel welcome in his office. I can assure you that if I need to purchase another vehicle - I will stop there first to see my two favorites - Joe and Mark! You should be very proud to have these men on your team! More

Bobby G Nicholson somehow looks inside your mind and help to pick the perfect car for you. Not sure how he does this but my Infiniti M35 is the perfect car for me. On March13th my wife dropped the smart key for her g37 at work in Coppell and it was run over and did not work after that, and yes we only had one. As for a new key they need the car and closed at 6p.m. We work in Coppell and it was run over and did not work after that, and yes we only had one. As for a new key they need the car and closed at 6p.m. We had the car towed to Grubbs and arrived after 6 but the service guys were still there, that's when Brad took over and found a young tech still in the shop. The Keys were made with Derek still at the parts counter helped us out as well. The extra effort is a commodity you can not put a price on, that is why we recommend Grubbs. Thanks! John and Cheri More
