Once we were done with Ralph we moved onto Nick who helped us with the financing paperwork, etc. It was the end of the day - after 6:00 p.m. and he was so nice and not rushed. He was great to talk to and has a great personality and sense of humor - it had been a long day for us all. Greatly professional and knowledgeable. Overall - our entire experience was a 10+. My experience once i made my decision, was phenomenal! I was taken care of super quick and all promises were delivered in record time. Prior to my decision, i was not pleased that I was told there was not another color available at any other dealers. Upon checking inventories at other dealers, I found my vehicle color preference locally. Though i understand wanting to sell from inventory, i felt honesty would have been the best policy.
