I found a GMC Denali online and contacted them very quickly. Unfortunately our timelines would not match up for me to come get the vehicle quickly, and I was only an hour and a half away. So Sam Turner quickly. Unfortunately our timelines would not match up for me to come get the vehicle quickly, and I was only an hour and a half away. So Sam Turner went out of his way to get everything ready and just brought the vehicle down to me. All the paperwork was ready to go and the truck was so clean and taken care of, better than it had been described to me. They gave me an outstanding offer for my trade and had a great price on the car i purchased. Unfortunately, I think I will be in this vehicle for a while, but when I do search for a new vehicle, Sam at Grubbs Infiniti will be on the top of my list. What a great experience!!! More
Rodney Vega is a true asset to Grubbs. He has truly exceeded our expectations for outstanding customer service. Shopped others but Grubbs nailed customer service. exceeded our expectations for outstanding customer service. Shopped others but Grubbs nailed customer service. More
I noticed the 2003 Toyota Tundra pickup on eBay and submitted a bid. Sam Turner contacted me, we made a deal and the vehicle was delisted from eBay. In negotiating the price, Mr. Turner stated he had submitted a bid. Sam Turner contacted me, we made a deal and the vehicle was delisted from eBay. In negotiating the price, Mr. Turner stated he had personally looked over the vehicle, the vehicle had passed their rigorous dealership review and the vehicle was very clean. I wired the price and had the vehicle picked up several days later. The vehicle is generally as represented except that the tailgate latch doesn't work. This isn't a latent defect that was hard to notice. And it would have been easy for the dealership to repair. When I asked Sam about that, he stated: "Did not know that. I thought I looked over that truck very well." Apparently not. Now I have the hassle of taking it to a body shop and waiting for parts etc. More
Had been a Sewell Infiniti customer for 4 cars until my last 2. Candidly, came to Grubbs the first time for a better price, I came back the second time because the price and SERVICE were far superior at G last 2. Candidly, came to Grubbs the first time for a better price, I came back the second time because the price and SERVICE were far superior at Grubbs. I don't know if Sewell is slipping or if Grubbs is that good at their game - but Joe and the Grubbs team really have it figured out right now. I would highly recommend Joe O'Day and Grubbs Infiniti. As a customer, who has shopped numerous times at several dealerships, I pretty much know how the deal is supposed to go: -You're greeted by a sales person, -You talk about the vehicle you want, -More dealerships, I pretty much know how the deal is supposed to go: -You're greeted by a sales person, -You talk about the vehicle you want, -More often than not, they get the keys, and you take a nice thorough look at the vehicle in which you wish to purchase, -You might go on a test drive, -They take down your info on a guest sheet, -Then, and ONLY then, can any sort of credit application be filled out. Grubbs Infiniti did no such thing. Instead of walking in, and being able to see the vehicle right away, as was promised over the phone, I was essentially sat down in an office, told to sit and wait, had a short chat with the sales person, and straight up told to fill out a credit application. Never had a chance to see the car beforehand, wasn't let inside the vehicle, NOTHING. I filled out the application anyways, just to make sure we could make something happen. But never once did the sales person offer to take me outside to show me the vehicle. I had to ask after sitting on my butt for a long time, if we could PLEASE go see the car. He finally fetched the keys and showed me out to the car. It was almost as seen in the pictures, except for the fact that the vehicle had not been inspected, not been washed or cleaned, and not had any form of service done to it whatsoever. The Check Engine light was on, plus the Traction Control light, and the engine barely cranked when I started it up. Now normally, the dealers have said, we'll fix that, or check that out for you, but I was never ONCE told this by the sales person. Instead he ran off to go drop a couple sets of keys to the detail department/ service....i dont know which one, Never got to drive the car, nor really check it out thoroughly as I have done at so many other dealers beforehand. After going back inside, I was told that the dealership had LIED to the banks, about how much money I made...by telling them I make almost $20K more than what I do now....and I NEVER stand for liars...EVER! I was immediately put off, and told them I would think about it. Then I proceeded to hop back on my BICYCLE that I had ridden clear across Colleyville to Euless to get to the dealership, and have to ride the 10+ miles back home. The follow up emails were even worse. Basically asking why I didnt purchase a vehicle and so on and so forth, typical of a car dealer that doesnt get their way when they dont sell a car, and when I replied back, by listing the reasons I was not going to be buying that car, I was essentially insulted and attacked by the internet manager, saying that I was not FIERCELY LOYAL to my bank...even though I am an elite member of the American Airlines Credit Union, whom I've been with since 2005. Basically, in one form or another, saying that it didnt matter, and that he hoped it had answered my questions. This not only did not answer any of my questions, this angered me profusely, as this was a treatment I have NEVER experienced at ANY other dealer in my entire lifetime! For someone who says they provide quality customer service, I think they need to get a good talking to by people like Sewell or Crest...seeing as to how I've had MUCH better experiences with those dealerships before. My search for the past two months has been for a dependable pre-owned SUV, I had visited many vehicle site via the internet when I came across Grubbs Infiniti. I goggled pre-owned suv's and four pop dependable pre-owned SUV, I had visited many vehicle site via the internet when I came across Grubbs Infiniti. I goggled pre-owned suv's and four popped up one which I had great interest in. It was a 2007 GMC Yukon Denali. I emailed the dealership and asked was the above vehicle available, and was the price negotiable. I immediately received a response from Mr. Schwartz with an email letter thanking me for showing interest in a vehicle at their dealership, signed by Mr. George Grubbs III. Shortly after that I received a call from Mr. Aaron Schwartz introducing himself to. He displayed a very pleasant professional attitude. He stated it is a very nice one owner vehicle and it was available and he love for me to see the vehicle. He offered to bring the vehicle to my location to see and test drive it, however I stated I would come to his location to see the vehicle. Prior to coming to Grubbs Dealership I went online and read everything available about the family business to include the video. I was impressed with the business from it's existence to present, that gave me a positive reassurance that buying a vehicle at Grubbs would be a good experience whether new or pre-owned. I arrived at the dealership on or about 07/11/2013 and met Mr. Schwartz, he was very pleasant not a pressure consultant. The vehicle detailed and cleaned very nicely.I test drove the Yukon and was very pleased with it's performance, a minor issue was rectified an Aaron kept me updated on the progress. When completed I responded and drove the vehicle again and was satisfied, and the rest is history. I purchased the vehicle, the entire process was very gracious. I appreciate dealing with Aaron, it was very professional and relaxing. I will Recommend Grubbs Infiniti and Aaron Schwartz every chance I get. It was a pleasure Ladies and Gents. Sincerely James A. I have never felt the need to write these type of correspondence before, so the fact that I am actually taking time out of my day speaks volumes about Richard. My case is slightly different to most correspondence before, so the fact that I am actually taking time out of my day speaks volumes about Richard. My case is slightly different to most car buyers due to my visa status in the country, being an ex-pat and trying to finance a car with a nonexistent credit score and limited visa term, had proved impossible for the first 12 months on my stay in the US. I had been to all my favourite car suppliers & branches BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, Audi etc and been promptly refused a loan. Even though for the last 25 years I have purchased and driven innumerable types of cars offered by these manufacturers, work for a very large organisation and have a monthly salary that is reasonable. While buying a house my estate agent suggested that I contact Richard and Grubbs... a Japanese car, umm, that's a first and the thought of prostrating myself in-front of another sales guy... From the very first visit Richard told me he could get me in a car... I can write platitudes about being customer focused and always paying attention to details etc, all of which are true, but for me personally Richard is a man of his word, you can trust him to do business on a handshake. In my opinion the statement speaks for itself. What more can I say. As for the Infiniti, I'm not sure I'd drive anything else. Great fun to be in, very well equipped and easy to live with. I gave pricing a 4, my lease is expensive, but that's due in part to the financing from Nissan on account of my visa status. Next time will be a different. I don't want to leave on a down note, so well done done to Richard, Grubbs, (& his boss). More
I guess a dealer is only as good as the person who represents them. I'm in North Carolina, looking for a used FX37 and found a couple at Grubbs - so I email them, talk with Sam over the course of a w represents them. I'm in North Carolina, looking for a used FX37 and found a couple at Grubbs - so I email them, talk with Sam over the course of a week and narrow down one of the vehicles. He sends me pictures, there are scratches - but tells me they can easily buff out - outside of these scratches, the car is in great shape. I tell him I'm going to send someone over to inspect the car- we agree on a price for the car (as long as I close the deal by the end of the month, which is 3 days) - I say no problem. I tell him, before I send the guy over to inspect the car please make sure all the scratches are buffed out (or taken care of) - OK he says. He tells me via email the car has been cleaned up (on a Thursday) and sends me more pics. I tell him, "I'm confused by these pics, looks like the scratches are still there"- he says "they are cleaning up the car now, I'll get you more pics" - sends over more pics. So I arrange for the inspection (the coming Saturday AM) - and send him and email on Friday telling him they are coming over in the AM and tell him "make sure everything is in order and all fixes are done because he's going over this car like a surgeon" - he says "all done, I'm confident he has no issues." I get the report Saturday afternoon, scratches on the hood, left front bumper, left door, mirror, rear lift gate and best of all - the right door has scratches and the door jam is all messed up because, as he put it "clearly someone had to get into the car- I wouldn't be surprised if this was a repo". The fact that there are scratches throughout the car isn't my issue- my issue is Sam, and the fact that, despite me telling him how important it was for him to be honest with me, he couldn't do that - instead he played the "used car salesman" role to a T. So, because this guy couldn't be up front he (IMO) ruins the reputation of the dealership. Perhaps your experience will be different, but mine was very bad. BTW, the vehicle was a black FX37 with wheat interior - VIN # JN8CS1MU0DM140918 More
