We gravitated toward the car and he helped us with all the information we wanted. He kept it low key and wasn't trying to push us toward making any commitments yet. Once we decided this was the right car for us, and despite the untimeliness, the process was very relaxed and friendly. When we got in with finance, we were greeted by Mark, who walked us through our options and advised us in an honest and friendly manner. It was the least stressful car buying experience ever! More

This strong review in spite of the fact that the car had to return to service immediately following delivery to resolve two TSB related issues. Yes, a problem. But one handled exceptionally well. Sayed and Matt have exceptional customer relationship skills. We were offered a loaner car ... an appreciated service. The issues seem to have been resolved. If there's a concern it would be that the two issues we experienced should have been picked up in the pre sale inspection. More

Traded in car. Very happy with Infiniti! I had been contemplating trading in my vehicle for awhile and on a whim, decided to go for it after looking at several vehicles on Grubbs' website. I was contacted by Sayed very shortly after submitting my inquiry. One thing that I appreciated is that he wasn't pushy at all. He understood that I worked long hours and wasn't aggressive in his approach. Finally, I went in on May 24th after a few days of back and forth. Immediately, I was greeted by the receptionist and was able to meet Sayed to discuss trading in my car. Throughout the entire process, Sayed knew what car I wanted and didn't try to sell me on anything I did not want or need. Overall, I was able to leave with the vehicle I had been drooling over for quite some time and I'm very happy with it. I'd definitely recommend buying from Grubbs and working with Sayed. I'm hopeful that I'll be purchasing all of my future cars from this dealership going forward! More
