Awesome experience! In decades past, dealerships got a bad rap; but, I can unequivocally say this was an awesome experience. I was looking for a car that was comfortable for riding long distances, so I did some checking on Consumer Reports. I found the car I was searching and looked up what Ebay had on auction. There it was on Grubbs Infiniti-Euless (close to home). They had exactly what I wanted and it was an easy trade. I have to say, most of the transaction was done by internet and the paperwork was ready to go when I got there. The car was detailed and waiting out front for me. Sayed Azhar was my sales contact. He showed me the car, including all the bells and whistles. He is very polite, understanding and a jewel to work with. Nick was the finance manager, and he also is a gem to work with. There is no high pressure sales tactics, no arrogance or monkeying around. It's all business with a friendly smile! This will be the first dealership I think of when buying another vehicle. More

When I called to tell him I was coming in to look at the car, he had it sitting in the shade out front waiting on me. He is incredibly considerate, and made my buying experience an absolute joy. I don't live too close to the dealership, so Richard volunteered to let me take that car home as to avoid making multiple trips to the dealership. Then, after purchasing the vehicle, Richard had it detailed and then had the car delivered to me. When the car arrived, I was stunned to see Richard right there. He was smiling ear to ear as he knew what that meant to me to be there in person and make the drive. The finance department was also incredibly smooth and stress free. Absolutely Wonderful Experience This was absolutely the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I have never had an easier, less-stressful, experience than the one with Grubbs. Specifically, I was referred to Grubbs by a friend who just purchased a vehicle from Grubbs. My friend gave me Justin Villa's number who I was able to reach, right away. I live 35 miles from the dealership, so I wanted to be able to work with a dealership that would bring the vehicle to me for a test drive and to ask questions. Well, I was accommodated and then some. Justin had me work with Price Clark, as he lives near me and could bring me the car. He did just that and allowed me to keep the car overnight, while Price drove my rental car (my car was getting some body work completed) in to the dealership. The next day, Price met me at the body shop and took my old car to the dealership to be appraised. The only time I had to go in to the dealership was to sign the paperwork. When I arrived at Grubbs, I found the atmosphere to be more collegial than any car dealership I have ever set foot in. Everyone was miraculously friendly and accommodating, The financing piece with Nathan was completely painless, as they had all the paperwork filled out before I arrived. The credit pull was online. Bottom line: I have never been more impressed with a dealership in my life. I will now be a customer of Grubbs for life. Price was the easiest sales professional to work with, ever. If there is a better dealership in this country, that dealership had to have modeled their attitude, culture and atmosphere after Grubbs. Well done, Price and well done, Grubbs. I found a car that I was interested in on the internet and called Grubbs Infiniti to see if I could set up a test drive. Mr. Trankle has the vehicle dropped off at my house, which was an amazing convenience at I live in north Irving and the dealership in in Euless on a highway that is under construction. When I returned the next day, we had a deal in about 10 minutes. I didn't feel that there were a lot of games being played or that I was taken advantage of. It was actually a pleasurable experience. High quality vehicles with fast, friendly sevice. I had been shopping for a used Lexus RX350, so I knew what price at what year/quality was fair. So, when Grubbs listed one for sale within those gene I had been shopping for a used Lexus RX350, so I knew what price at what year/quality was fair. So, when Grubbs listed one for sale within those general parameters, I called and Ivan Martinez said the vehicle was available and was in very good condition (that's what they all say, right?). Upon arrival, Ivan had the vehicle out front for me. He had not over sold the condition of the vehicle over the phone...it was it great condition. He afforded me all the time I needed to thoroughly check out the vehicle, and encouraged a test drive. He was courteous and direct. When I made an offer, he said he needed to "check the numbers"....and returned within 5 minutes with a written offer that I knew to be a good price. He had great patience and hustles without being a hustler. I had financing lined up, so I thought, so when there was a glitch causing me to re-start the process with the credit union, it turned out to be a blessing. The dealer very quickly set me up with their own financing at a competitive rate. If not for the delays when dealing with the credit union, I would have been out of there in less than 2 hours after my arrival. Bottom line, I got a high quality used car at a good price, and Ivan made the process stress-free. Grubbs offers (at no charge) a 3 month/3000mi. power train warranty on all used vehicles...not much, but some piece of mind, and NO auction dealer will do that. Oh yeah, I wasn't trading in, and as I hadn't planned on buying that day, Ivan had the vehicle delivered to me the next day at no charge. If your looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend Grubbs, and ask for Ivan! More
