Best Car Purchase Ever! My husband and I came to see the new Grubbs Infiniti location to have a small service conducted on my Infinity M35. It was only going to take an hour My husband and I came to see the new Grubbs Infiniti location to have a small service conducted on my Infinity M35. It was only going to take an hour so we decided to just walk around the new location and observe all of the new and used cars. I unexpectedly saw "my new car". Stan Kappus walked out and asked if we would like to look further at the car or take a test drive. Very easy going; no pressure; how nice! Since the car was in service we asked for an estimate of how much they would give me on my M35. It was an outstanding offer, as was the price on the new Infiniti Q50! Long story short; it was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever encountered. They even spent time after my purchase syncing my phone to the car, going over all of the features and setting up everything the way I liked it. I will be recommending Grubbs Infiniti to anyone searching for a new or used car. Great value, great service, a smooth and seamless process. More

Stan helped make my dream come true! For many years, I have admired and loved the Infiniti FX35/FX37...it is the car I always wanted. We came to the dealership to look at a few used ones For many years, I have admired and loved the Infiniti FX35/FX37...it is the car I always wanted. We came to the dealership to look at a few used ones (we were not aware of the new QX50 or QX70 which replaced those models)...so I could get a "feel" of the car. I had never really gotten close to one, sat in one. Immediately, both my husband and I knew the car was too big and I would be uncomfortable driving it. Despite it being my dream car...so I thought...Stan immediately suggested the QX50. We went for a test drive and wow...it was exactly what I wanted. I was immediately comfortable driving the car. Stan listened to everything we said from the time we met him at the dealership. He knew the right car for me and he was spot on! He helped make my dream come true! I finally have my "bubble"...what I have always referred to with the FX35 because these SUVs/crossovers look nothing like anything else on the road...they look like bubbles with their round unique awesome shape. Stan ROCKS! He is a professional with incredible customer service, easy going, no pressure, very helpful, sincere...an all around wonderful guy. Great Customer Service! Great Financing Team! Well It was that time again when I needed a new (to me) vehicle as mine was on the last lap. I wanted a pre-owned suv and my sales guy, Stan Kappus, Well It was that time again when I needed a new (to me) vehicle as mine was on the last lap. I wanted a pre-owned suv and my sales guy, Stan Kappus, let me test drive (for the day) the one I was leaning toward. Without going into detail here, I had a financial setback a few years ago and was not even sure I could qualify for financing on an auto again. Stan Kappus told me "No Problem, Clay". So not only was Stan an upbeat and fantastic sales person with great customer service, he was able to sell his F and I guys on "ME" as a client. Somehow, I got approved for financing and was able to drive home my Dodge Nitro SUV. From now on, I will always go to Grubbs Infiniti Grapevine when I or a family member need a new or preowned vehicle every time. I highly recommend GIG, they are the best in town...wheels off! More
