I reached out to Grubbs through their website on a Sunday and to my surprise I was contacted a few hours later by one of their salesman, Raza Inthanongsack. NO HASSLE: Raza delivered a QX60 to my wife’s office so she could test drive it for a few days. Raza and I discussed 2 other quotes I had received on the same vehicle and his offer didn’t just beat the others by a few bucks it made them irrelevant, no further negotiation were necessary. I was so impressed with Raza I asked if I could come out and test drive a Q50. I loved the power and the technology integrated into the car, my current vehicle had a radio and that was about it. When it came to negotiations on the Q50 it was simple and fast – it took all of about 15 minutes. FAST: This brings us to leasing, and in my past experiences this process is a massive time suck. Raza introduced me to Brent Saulters who handled the leasing transactions. Brent was organized and prepared, we had the paperwork for both cars completed in less than 20 minutes. ACCOMMODATING: As an added bonus Grubbs offers dedicated Technology Specialists. These specialist help you sync your phone to your car and show you how all the gadgets that come on these amazing machines actually work. Tiffany Sanders was assigned to me and helped me navigate all the new technology and was patient with my stupid questions. She’s a geek and I mean that in the most sincere and positive way, she knows her stuff. TRUSTWORTHY: I can’t say enough about Grubbs Infiniti and the amazing treatment I received. Raza went above and beyond in my book; I have never dealt with a car salesman who was as straight forward and easy to work with. If you’re looking for a new Infiniti ask for Raza. AN UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE: What started as 1 vehicle ended with 2 and I couldn’t be happier. The whole transaction from test drive, to negotiations, to paperwork, to driving off the lot took 3 hours. After we submitted our online request, Chris Stiles contacted us immediately to confirm the car and options we wanted. His price quote was significantly better than anything we were quoted by other dealerships. We decided to drive down to Grubbs Infiniti and see if this was really realistic or not. We arrived at the dealer and were greeted by Chris and Raza, our Salesperson. The deal we received was exactly what was promised over the phone, there were no surprises whatsoever. We did our homework on this vehicle and we knew we were getting a great deal. We made our purchase and could not be happier with the overall experience, honesty and integrity we were shown by everyone at Grubbs Infiniti. It is so refreshing to be provided the best deal up front without all the haggling and back and forth dialogue that you usually encounter when purchasing a car. Free Starbucks coffee is just icing on the Grubb's cake! I can't even begin to tell you how awesome the people of Grubb's Infiniti are! Never have I been treated so well buying a car that I think of as a I can't even begin to tell you how awesome the people of Grubb's Infiniti are! Never have I been treated so well buying a car that I think of as a spaceship. First they put me in what I truly needed for my business needs instead of focusing on making the largest sale ever. Yes, I'm going to get free Starbucks coffee long as I have my infiniti and so this is a bipartisan review on my part. The break room had free coffee, drinks, food, wifi, huge tv's, GOOD Greek yogurt, candy and many other snacks that kept my 3 year old at bay. Yes, I'm really looking forward to getting my car washed for free any time it is ever needed but I also see that as an excuse to go hang around some really genuine caring people. OK, enough mushy stuff, let me get to the nuts and bolts of the experience. This Q70L I purchased is nothing short of a futuristic sweet riding spaceship and all of the customers I have been driving around Dallas in it are just blown away even more than I am! Grand Canyon Spacious, smooth and more tech than I could ever want or need. Voice activation for my phone and nav really are perfect for my needs driving around the city and all of the seats and stirring wheel being heated is just ridiculously neato. Lastly a truly beautiful fine automobile and the delivery of it Grubb's gave literally rolling out a red carpet for me before driving it out of the show room, well now that's just very cool! My 3 year even made a big mess with her snacks all and they could of cared less.... PS - Your squeaky clean bathrooms even ROCK! Way to go and thank you so much Grubb's infiniti!
