Horrible Horrible Experience.!!! Buyers please be aware . I expected better from a dealership that claims to be number 1. I have owned two previous infinities and the best part of owning them was the cus . I expected better from a dealership that claims to be number 1. I have owned two previous infinities and the best part of owning them was the customer service experience. The salesperson is a typical car sales men that will lie and tell you anything to get the sale. E.G. Great vehicle has leather you know!! I have yet to see an Infiniti without leather seat. Bottom line I went in with my mind set on buying per-owned certified vehicle from them. I called to made sure vehicle was still available. I never got a called back from the Sales persons Louis or Ryan. I decided to take the hour drive. Took 30 min for them to tell me that car that I was looking for was sold. Decided to look at another similar vehicle, found one that included the features and packages that I was looking for, I asked if vehicle was certified. I was told "yes". Salesperson told me the benefits of buying a certified vehicle. To my surprise there is an additional $1500.00 accessory fee added to the listed price if vehicle is certified. Bottom line take your time and try to tune out the noise. Number one objective is to sell you a car and see how far they can take advantage of you in the process. I later come to find out or have explained to me that there is a difference between certified and per-certified. If the sales department is practicing these deceptive practices i can only image the service center. $700.00 oil changes etc... More

We expected them to but one thing we noticed was how friendly and My wife contacted Grubb's INFINITI online and they contacted her back very quickly. We expected them to but one thing we noticed was how friendly and personable they were. Every step on the way they stayed in constant contact. Not the pushy type of contact you get from dealership but it more of a "hey we really want to help you get your next vehicle." We made an appointment and they kept us in constant contact. Raza went the extra mile he was very polite, down to earth and he made sure we were comfortable. I'll be honest before coming to the Grubb's I was a little nervous and scared because I didn't know what to expect going to a luxury dealership, but they made us feel right at home. They proved how much they really wanted our business! John Adewale was a fairly new employee at Grubb's but he wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty in this process either. John was also a very nice guy and helped me and my wife make up our minds on getting the vehicle that we really wanted. John took us to church.....(thanks John!) Christian came along and helped put the finishing touches on the deal. I have never had a car buying experience like I did at Grubb's. We had a lot of laughs and just a overall fun experience!. They even took us on a tour of the building which is an amazing facility!! It's also nice to know all the great perks that comes with the vehicle purchase like life time car washes and curb side service. Sales and Service Department I purchased a Q50 back in December from this dealership and as seamless as the purchasing process was; the lies told in regards what they could do for I purchased a Q50 back in December from this dealership and as seamless as the purchasing process was; the lies told in regards what they could do for me was overwhelming. I was told that they would tint my windows, add sport rims, and provide a second key. THEY LIED. I have to threaten them for the second key and they wouldn't tint my windows. There was also problems identified shortly after purchasing the vehicle and they are refusing to fix the issues and keep telling me it's not on them. The vehicle also was not certified at the time of purchase. This is by the worst experience I've ever had with a used car. More

He addressed my concerns and did exactly what he said he would do to meet my needs. I highly recommend him and this location. The Finance department is great and you will enjoy the amenities once inside the building. Very nice! We are satisfied with our car purchase and the overall experience. I hope in three to six months, I can still feel the same. Only time will tell, but so far we are pleased. Thank you Corey, Marc, Brian and Greg! More
