I would do a negative number if I could. Bought an Infinity from them and since then car has been sold. Loan company has sent them and me a letter notifying the car was paid off. I called GRUBBS since it has been 10 days and still no GAP refund and was informed I had to send an email to GRUBBS for cancellation along with the letter from the loan company (GRUBBS already was sent a copy from the loan company) and it will take 6 to 8 weeks for processing. This is total xx!! this should be done automatically since they were sent a copy of the letter. Please, if anyone out there reads this I suggest you DO NOT deal with GRUBBS. Both sales personnel we dealt with have resigned because of the shady dealings they were informed to do. More
