The facility is super clean, and the cafeteria is a cozy place to hang out, so I didn't mind waiting as Joe finished up the car-buying process. I highly recommend this dealership! place to hang out, so I didn't mind waiting as Joe finished up the car-buying process. I highly recommend this dealership! More
We had a great experience from start to finish. Mohammad, Olivia, and Angela provided top notch service and made the buying process complete painless. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase! Bought my car here in 2020, due to Covid, I barely drove the car until 2023, that's when we started noticing the vehicle would occasionally from a dead stop, wen accelerating and turning slowly the car woul the car until 2023, that's when we started noticing the vehicle would occasionally from a dead stop, wen accelerating and turning slowly the car would feel like it was going to completely spin out. At first I just wrote it off as the road conditions "dirt, lose sand, poor road etc." recently we have been noticing it more and more, so when we got a recall notice we decided to also have them look at the issue with traction. The day I bring the car in they have me run over a tire tread reader and wow picture that, in a car with only 19k miles one of the rear tires is significantly lower tread than the 3 other tires. Now the traction issue makes sense, the service person quickly says to me "oh we are going to need to replace the tires" I quickly replied puzzled wait a minute a car with 19k miles kept in a garage needs new tires when I have been telling you the car has traction issues? Those are 60k tires why is 1 so extremely worn? The rear tire? And it's warm evenly? Okay so now concerned, although I left my car for it's scheduled recall work. 3 days later I get a proposed work bill that includes almost $2k in service work including filters, brake flush, and an alignment for the 2k in tires they want to sell me, because they couldn't replicate the traction issue I reported. Their solution to a safety issue reported by the customer is to make them pay for more tires that are clearly wearing unusually to begin with. I told the person so your solution to my safety issue is to get me to buy more tires? I obviously told them do not do any more work to my car, and give it back to me, I'm going to get a second opinion. The customer service rep in trying to defend the billing told me it was probably my driving habits, I have owned multiple infiniti cars over the last 30 years, I have never had issues with my driving in the 12 cars I owned before this one. Although I believe this will be my last Infiniti unless I can find a dealer with a real service department that can fix issues with the vehicles they sell you, not a sales department. More
