Leased a brand new Infiniti QX 80. We requested at purchase that our license plates be transferred. The experience through front-end sales was fine. Once we went back to "finance", We requested at purchase that our license plates be transferred. The experience through front-end sales was fine. Once we went back to "finance", we spent 3 hours sitting in a hallway waiting for the finance people to handle the transaction with no one checking on us, giving us any estimate of time remaining, or status. Once we completed purchase, the time on our temporary tags expired it took so long to hear from them. Ultimately, our plates were not transferred, we waited almost 10 weeks for plates, and again, no one called us or gave us an update. I called and was told, "it takes time, sir". When I found that my plates were not transferred, I called and was directed to accounting who never returned my call or my email. The car is obnoxious. The USB chargers work intermittently, sensors seem off, the cameras don't work consistently, and the car does not turn on consistently with button press. We took it in for service and were told they could not make the car do ANY of the things we complained of. We took it back and continued experiencing these things. We documented all of it in video as it beeped constantly, alarm/honked at us after we left the vehicle. I took it back in for service and it has been a week that they have had the car and no one has reached out with any update. I called today and got voicemail and a helpful AI that told me they respond better by text so I agreed to texting. "None" is listed as my service advisor in the text and None is not writing me back. If I could give 0 stars I would. This dealership has been an awful experience since I leased the vehicle. If I could trade it in immediately, I would. We do have a loan car so we're not out a vehicle. The loan car functions significantly better than ours. More
