Grubbs is not a dealership to buy a used car from. The only thing certified is that the car is used, and not the quality of the car. Grubbs knew our car had serious issues and sold it that way. Full disclosure would have been appreciated if they weren’t going to stand behind the quality of their used car, especially if it is a Lexus (known for quality). This is our 3rd pre-owned Lexus and have not ever had a problem until we went to Grubbs. Although we bought our car from Grubbs in August, our car is still in the shop now (September). If you are thinking of a pre-owned car, don’t go to Grubbs. Run, run to another more honest pre-owned dealership. More
