Kevin was my service advisor as I brought the QX60 in for a check engine light. Turns out rats had eaten at my engine wiring harness and did a number on it. He was great on communicating the status of my repairs and worked with my insurance adjuster so that I ended up with no out of pocked expense. I have bought 4 cars through Grubbs and they have always provided super service. Totally will be using Kevin as my adviser in future maintenance on my QX60. More
