I called about a recall notice. The phone was answered by a real person and I was quickly connected to Lynn in the service department. She was very knowledgeable and I was able to get my vehicle in that afternoon and it was finished the next morning. It was a software update for the PCM valve. A 35-point check was also done. As promised, Lynn sent me a text as well as an email letting me know the upgrade was finished and gave me a review of the 35 point check of my vehicle. When I picked my vehicle up, we reviewed the 35 point check and prioritized which repairs maybe needed first. I found Lynn to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable and good to work with! More
