It took a week and a half to diagnose and flash software to my truck. Entirely too long. Received constant excuses of “oh it’s just so busy” “it’s crazy today” “sorry I got distracted”. So annoying when you to my truck. Entirely too long. Received constant excuses of “oh it’s just so busy” “it’s crazy today” “sorry I got distracted”. So annoying when you’re paying for a rental. My sales guy clearly did not understand what the tech said needed to happen, couldn’t answer my questions, never followed up, and insisted the only way to fix my truck was to spend $800 flashing new software. $800 for software?!?
