It’s always a great experience coming to the Group 1 Ford dealership. They always take care of me and I don’t have to wait long. This visit was for an oil change and tire rotation. I booked an appointment fo dealership. They always take care of me and I don’t have to wait long. This visit was for an oil change and tire rotation. I booked an appointment for 7:00a and they took me in immediately. They took some info and told me it would be about an hour and a half and my truck was ready at 8:28. I highly recommend this place. I've never had a problem at this dealership until I met my service adviser Marija Howard. She did not call or communicate with me at all. I had to go out of my way to see what was the status of my car. Whe my service adviser Marija Howard. She did not call or communicate with me at all. I had to go out of my way to see what was the status of my car. When I realized I had to borrow a car she told me last minute. I had to race to the rental place before they closed or else I would be left without a car for the next day. Very inconvenient because I have no other way to get to work. Not only that, she did not let me or the rental place know how long I would be with the rental. I had to again call her and ask. So over all this experience was very upsetting. Not only that when I went to pick up my car she didn't know where she placed my keys and inconvenienced the manager. Very poor work on her behalf. More
