I've had issues with the dealership in the past. They kept our Cherrokee Trailhawk for 7 weeks because of a steering problem. One time they charged me an extra quart of oil during an oil change. This is hands-down the absolute worst service department I’ve ever had to deal with. Not only did they leave tools in my car, lie about the work they did, and to top it all off broke numerous parts througho I’ve ever had to deal with. I recently had a phenomenal experience with the staff of Rockwall dodge. Researching the Ram website Rockwall Dodge had the best prices on Ram trucks within a 250 mile radius and was one of two dealers t Rockwall dodge. Researching the Ram website Rockwall Dodge had the best prices on Ram trucks within a 250 mile radius and was one of two dealers that had the vehicle color I wanted. Further research into Rockwall Dodge’s instagram account, I came across Chris Miles and knew who I wanted to help me with the purchase of a new vehicle. I showed up to the dealership with no appointment or notification I was coming to purchase a vehicle. I was immediately greeted by Rockwall staff and I asked for Chris Miles. I was met with Chris shortly after who was at the moment working with a customer. I told Chris I did not mind waiting. Chris informed me of another salesman who could help me at the time so I wouldn’t have to wait. At this point in time is when I met Rocco. Rocco was able to help me with the military & law enforcement buying program. Rocco answered all my questions without me even having to ask. He was very transparent in the buying process where it flowed as just having a conversation. I was overwhelmed when he broke down the invoice as it was very blunt, easy to follow, & there were no surprises/hidden/misc. fees. When it came time to payment I had a pre-approval from Navy-Fed, Rocco asked if would be okay if he’s finance team could try to beat or match it. I had no issue with this & with the reputation of Navy-Fed did not think it would be possible to get a lower interest rate. This is when Amanda came in and was able to beat Navy-Fed & get a lower interest rate by 2%. Chris & Rocco then had the vehicle parked and ready to go without missing a beat. Chris further showed me the in’s & outs of the truck, getting my phone & car play set up. Rocco also went out the way with making arrangements for me to get my other vehicle to my residence with the help of Randy. Randy further informed me of how Rockwall dodge differs from other Dodge Jeep Ram dealers in the Dfw area when it comes to maintenance and accessories. The buying process was genuine & hassle free. Dallas dodge is closest to my residence and was my only mechanic source for the last 11 years but seeing how Rockwall Dodge carried themselves I will only bring my vehicles to the this location here on out.
