Worst customer service ever, had my truck for three weeks. They never kept me updated on the status, I had to call and check. Eventually my truck was done last Friday, no call I had to call the follow weeks. They never kept me updated on the status, I had to call and check. Eventually my truck was done last Friday, no call I had to call the following Monday to check the status. When I went to pick up my truck it was dead. They had completely drained the battery which they had done before. They said the battery was bad, needed to be replaced and wanted to charge me $350.00 for a new battery even though they had my truck for three weeks and were the ones responsible for draining the battery. They didn't even offer to cover half the cost for their mess. I will never go back to this dealership for any warranty work EVER! If I could give them a zero star rating I absolutely would. More

Went to check out the tire pressure sensors and found three of them 😕 not working. Got a quote for repair and the test was complimentary. While I’m satisfied with the overall outcome, I wouldn't recommend them for routine maintenance due to their higher baseline costs. Additionally, I wish more attention had been paid to the details, specifically ensuring the tire pressure was set correctly (not 5–10 PSI below the recommended level) and avoiding grease marks left around the rims.
