My tire blew out on the highway and I had to get my car towed to the dealership. On the way, I called the parts department, and they didn’t have the tire in stock but were able to get it the same day. Sinc towed to the dealership. Since I originally purchased the tire back in May at another dealer, Christina went above and beyond to get the replacement covered under the road hazard warranty. She had the tire installed and had me back on the road in less than 24 hours. I truly appreciate her hard work, attentiveness, and dedication to taking care of her customers. I bought my vehicle through the dealership. I started having issues with the backup camera so I took it in. It took them three weeks to come back and tell me they had found something else wrong I started having issues with the backup camera so I took it in. It took them three weeks to come back and tell me they had found something else wrong and fixed that, and change the oil. They said they needed a part that had to be ordered. Then they called and let me know the part had come in, so I took the truck back. After 2 more weeks they called me and told me the new part was bad and they had to order another one and would be 3-4 weeks to get it. Then finally that part came in and it still took them another 10 days to make the repair. All the while the service rep was totally incompetent and was really bad at communicating. xxxx will freeze over before I take my truck back there, and there is ZERO chance I would ever buy another vehicle from them. Don’t walk, RUN away from this clownshow. More
