My service advisor was great. My car was totally drivable and I had to leave it for 3 days before it was even looked at. I was not offered a loaner. Then when I tried to call and check on the call I couldn't even get through and this was service and parts. Someone in management should try calling the main number and see how a paying customer likes it when you cannot get through and then it hangs up on you. More
Both times I have picked up my vehicle there have been things left either undone or damaged. The initial visit I was forced getting my own rental but was promised reimbursement by GMC.
