I recently bought a 2019 Audi Q7 from Youcef Smail last month at Groove Toyota in Englewood. He has been very understanding, polite and helpful making this purchase a great experience. We had mechanical issues with our old Toyota Sienna while traveling. It had 224,000+ miles on it, and when I researched a replacement, Groove had a used one that met all our requirements. Tracy called me rig traveling. It had 224,000+ miles on it, and when I researched a replacement, Groove had a used one that met all our requirements. Tracy called me right after an online chat session to offer us a test drive. She has been fabulous during the entire process of trading in our old Sienna and getting our new one home to Massachusetts! Lucas also made a real difference by getting us a lower interest rate than our credit union.
