Even though inventory was low, she was able to find the exact truck I wanted and had it delivered to the dealership quickly. Karen is a true professional and her customer service focus is top notch. Sean is very knowledgeable and was not the typical pushy car salesman that everyone dreads going to see. He made the entire experience very enjoyable and pain free. This is my 3rd vehicle leased at Groove Toyota and this will not be my last. Things have been very difficult for all this past year and we are not in the clear yet. I came in not knowing exactly what to expect and was fairly vague describing what I wanted from Sean. He very patiently walked me through everything, including time frames and what all to expect. He was right on the money and actually beat the timeframe that was promised. There were no hidden agendas or promises, just Sean making sure I got everything I was looking for. Sean was very on point and customer service focused, delivering status and info prior to delivery without me having to ask. The entire experience was very easy and super fast. We had mechanical issues with our old Toyota Sienna while traveling. It had 224,000+ miles on it, and when I researched a replacement, Groove had a used one that met all our requirements. She has been fabulous during the entire process of trading in our old Sienna and getting our new one home to Massachusetts! Lucas also made a real difference by getting us a lower interest rate than our credit union.
