They have excellent customer service when you are purchasing a car, but the moment you return their entire attitude and approach changes. Was lied to several times about a warranty recall and had to repeatedly send over Toyota docs to prove that their statements were demonstrably false. Still refused to help address the problem and even quoted me a rate twice what other local dealers quoted! Eventually had to call Toyota corporate where they were friendly and happy to work with me to solve the problem. Another local Toyota dealer got me in the shop immediately and was shocked at Groove's behavior. Avoid Groove like the plague and shop at any of the other local Toyota dealers in Denver. More

I went in one evening looking but was unwilling to commit at the time. They realized this after some soft pushing and gave me the time I needed to make a decision. The next day I scheduled to go back and close the deal. When I arrived the vehicle was already ready and all I had to do was get through the finance process. this went very quickly. I was only in the dealership for maybe 70 minutes and that would have been shorter as I had to transfer the contents from my trade in to the new vehicle. I have purchased from 2 other Toyota dealers in the front range and this was far and away my best experience. More

This was not my first time to have replaced a recall item on my car. I love my Corolla very much and trust Groove to take care of me in a timely manner. Their waiting room is lovely, free water and nice big flat screen TV. Wonderful experience. Thanks Tim. More

Very Unprofessional Sales Management. First off, I was duped into buying a used 2004 Nissan Pathfinder, in which I was assured was very well maintained throughout it's life despite the high miles. And had all the maintenance records via Car Fax. Granted it was partially my fault for trusting a "reputable" dealership with performing a sound 130 point inspection. After leaving the dealership with a quarter tank of gas (Most Dealers will fill the tank for you.) The engine was extremely hot when driven for a good distance. The transmission was shifting hard, and a rough idle, that I didn't experience during the test drive. I noticed a good amount of cosmetic issues, which I was okay with for an inexpensive vehicle. Little did I know the amount of " Band Aid" repairs to trim and other parts of the body. I noticed when it rained and the adhesive came loose from the body. The lift gate was off alignment with the body, and rattling. As well as the back passenger door was not straight with the frame. So not sure if the vehicle was in an accident and not reported. None of the Aux ports worked, which is not a hard fix, but the principle of buying a car with non functional components is disheartening. I could have overlooked most of this and worked on fixing things myself. However I felt as though I was sold a fixer upper under false pretenses. So again the principle. Finally when I tried to return the vehicle under the 4 day / 200 mile return policy. I couldn't get them to work with me on the $499 restocking fee. I'm in a very tough financial situation, and they had no compassion regarding that fact. I have definitely learned my lesson on dealerships, until I have more money in life to waste. More
Worst Experience I inquired about a vehicle and it took several days for them to even email me back on it after they'd "mistakenly" told me it was sold. And then I sen I inquired about a vehicle and it took several days for them to even email me back on it after they'd "mistakenly" told me it was sold. And then I sent in my financial application and never heard anything back for 2 days . Then the car was suddenly gone off their page and got a call that they just could finance me. Very rude people, & not willing to communicate. I'm a 65 year old man and this has never happened to me. I am appalled at this dealership and how they treated a paying customer. Go anywhere else but here. More

Even though I was not scheduled and they were short employees that day, they offered to see me so I wouldn't have to drive back the next morning. The problem was an easy fix and I was in and out in moments. Being that this is my first lease, I had a lot of questions about service repairs and my new car. The man at the front end handling service appointments was very helpful and patient in answering my many questions. I left leaving that day in a great mood because of their amazing customer service. If you love being yelled at The service isn't bad but does not distinguish itself from others. Very average customer service of not a little cold attitude from employees. The mos The service isn't bad but does not distinguish itself from others. Very average customer service of not a little cold attitude from employees. The most irritating thing is the waiting area. Many TVs are waiting for you with the volume turned up to very loud. If you enjoy having The View blasted at you this is the place for you. There is no safe place, even the "business center". Bring earplugs or headphones. More

We purchased a used mini van 6 weeks ago, left the lot with it and discovered at home the sliding door wouldn't close. The supervisor on duty said they wouldn't do anything about it. We got in contact with the head sales manager and he was gracious in making it right and fixing the door for us. The car was in their shop for over 12 days. When we finally drove the van home from the dealership, our van overheated and broke down close to our home. We had it towed back to the dealership and they found that they needed to replace the engine and the radiator, which they paid for, again graciously. They took over 2 weeks to fix the car this time, so within 6 weeks of "owning" the car, we had driven it a total of 2 days. We just spent an hour at the DVM only to find out that the dealership had never sent our titlework to them or us (which also took 3 phone calls and different people at Groove to finally help us find the title paperwork). We are very disappointed in our experience and now that our tags are about to expire, we can't drive our van, yet again, or we will be cited. No matter how good a deal sounds, do your research on dealerships and only buy from highly rated, highly recommended places. That's our new philosophy. More
