DO not shop here! Hello! About six months ago I came to this location and purchased a vehicle. Now the car needs Thousands of dollars worth of repairs done to it. I cal Hello! I called them to see if the car was under warranty and what they could do to help and basically was given the cold shoulder. A man named Dennis said "there is nothing we can do for you". The least they could have done was service the Lemon they sold me at a discounted price. I am a single mother, I already struggle to make ends meet. Now, not only do I have to stress about everyday life but I have to figure out how to come up more than a couple thousand dollars to fix a car. I feel like I was given the xxxx end of a stick. These people do not care about you or what happens to you. They only car about how they are benefiting from you. They got their money from me and now I am unimportant. When I walked into the place everyone was nice and eager to help. This same value and customer service should be given even after the deal has been made! So thank you groove Toyota. Because of you I am taking away from my family to fix this xxxxx. you sold me. My heart feels so heavy. I can't not even begin to express the betrayal I feel. :( P.s. i wouldn't even give you one star if I didn't have to. DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR LOT.These people have no hearts. They are a selfish, money hungry company!. More
Not Willing to Work with Past Customers We went in today after getting a call to come back just to be told "you should lease instead," and rudely dismissed out by Larry. We recently purchased a smaller commuter type vehicle 6 months ago for my husbands long commute to Longmont from Denver. He is a brewer and recently found a job closer to our home in Denver. So, we wanted to trade in the vehicle we just bought, for a truck (2005 Tacoma). Well, they low balled us on the trade in and offered $6k LESS than what we bought the car for 6 months ago. We couldn't believe this.. That's $1k a month in depreciation. My husband has barely even been putting miles on the vehicle since his work is a couple miles from our house. The sales person "Larry" we were working with came out and said "This isn't the car for you... You should lease." When we said "no, we dont want to lease," he handed us our paperwork and said goodbye. We couldnt believe how rude and unaccommodating Groove Toyota was being. They didn't even try to negotiate with us. Especially since we have bought our last 3 vehicles from them over the past 3 years. We will not be working with any Groove dealerships from now on. I would also like to add that I brought in a snack for my husband to eat, since he had to go to work after the appointment, and Larry made us feel very uncomfortable for brining in food. He wouldn't even shake my hand and made the greeting very awkward... All around embarrassing and disrespectful way to treat customers. More
Lied and Lied Pretty simple - Hamid specifically told me a price in text for a new 4runner. When I drove all the way there, they suddenly couldn't offer that price. He was lying just get me in the door knowing I had driven all the way there, and then would not keep his word on the price. I knew Groove had a bad reputation, but should have known better than to fall for his tricks. Never again. More

Super nice guy, no pressure, straight shooter and kept me informed every step of the way. The car had some minor dents and scratches that they agreed to have repaired before we took possession of the vehicle. The repairs were done in a timely manner and made the car look brand new, even though it was 2 years old. Two thumbs way up for this dealership and for Delmar. PS, we looked at 3 different Toyota Siennas at 3 different dealerships before settling on this one because with all things being equal, we decided to go with the place that gave us the best service from start to finish. You buy from people you like and people you trust. Groove Toyota in Englewood helped make it really easy for us like them and trust them. More

When the Highlander was returned to us, the entire front windshield was cracked and the service department refuses to take any responsibility whatsoever. More

Was lied to several times about a warranty recall and had to repeatedly send over Toyota docs to prove that their statements were demonstrably false. Still refused to help address the problem and even quoted me a rate twice what other local dealers quoted! Eventually had to call Toyota corporate where they were friendly and happy to work with me to solve the problem. Another local Toyota dealer got me in the shop immediately and was shocked at Groove's behavior. Avoid Groove like the plague and shop at any of the other local Toyota dealers in Denver. More

Easy & Fast Purchase Experience I purchased a 2017 4Runner Limited in silver from the dealer this week. My sales personnel, Drew and Joshua, were awesome to deal with. I went in on I purchased a 2017 4Runner Limited in silver from the dealer this week. My sales personnel, Drew and Joshua, were awesome to deal with. I went in one evening looking but was unwilling to commit at the time. They realized this after some soft pushing and gave me the time I needed to make a decision. The next day I scheduled to go back and close the deal. When I arrived the vehicle was already ready and all I had to do was get through the finance process. this went very quickly. I was only in the dealership for maybe 70 minutes and that would have been shorter as I had to transfer the contents from my trade in to the new vehicle. I have purchased from 2 other Toyota dealers in the front range and this was far and away my best experience. More
