We exchanged pleasantries and then instead of taking control of the conversation he let me control the conversation and it made me feel so much more at ease. Relaxed, positive atmosphere. I was getting my fusion serviced when one of the Sales Rep's, Finn, came over to me. He was such a nice guy! Even though I wasn't there to buy a car, I was getting my fusion serviced when one of the Sales Rep's, Finn, came over to me. He was such a nice guy!
