Had my truck 2 days and I had an early appointment.. this place is to busy!! Service people are near impossible to contact. Phone rings and rings. When I asked about the delay and the 10am appointment, they claimed they did not take appointments. This is despite my email confirmation for my 10am appointment. Longest wait EVER for an oil change. I recommend using any other dealership service department. More
Excellent customer service and fast service as well I went into Groove Ford to get some diagnostic testing done on my 2016 Ford Focus due to some issues I had been having. I discovered these issues a week before I was supposed to drive across the country for a move. I brought my car into this service center and I am 100% pleased with the efficiency of the team to repair my car in time before my move and the customer service and communication from Chase Jacobson was exceptional. Turns out I had a part that had to be replaced due to a recall. Phew. Groove Ford fixed my car in a matter of a few days and I now have a safe and reliable vehicle to make my long drive in. Jim has been with them for 15+ years, and has always been great to work with: honest and helpful through my 17 years owning. Just sold it to a nice lady, and I recommended Jim for continuing service and care. More
Poor customer service I spent 30 minutes on the phone, on hold, getting passed around to different departments, hung up on several times, trying to get in touch with the se I spent 30 minutes on the phone, on hold, getting passed around to different departments, hung up on several times, trying to get in touch with the service department regarding fixing a punctured tire I bought from them and an oil change. After 30 minutes, I believe a front office lady, who was very nice and helpful, was able to talk to the service department, no idea why I wasn't able to talk to them, and they wanted to charge $20 to fix the tire. I was also hoping to get an oil change. I called discount tire, they answered immediately, and are fixing my tire for free and customer service is great. I doubt I will be giving future services or car buying business to Groove Ford. More

If you have any problems or issues be sure that they don't care! No one will help you and solve your problems. They absolutely don't respect carriers! I've been in this business for more than 4 years and I've never seen such ignore attitude! I have a 5-star rating of the carrier, we have arrived at the spot March 11th to get car picked up. But vehicle has been picked up March 6th. We asked for dry-run fee , cause we spent our time , fuel and money to get there , but they've just laughed at us, telling they will add $50 for next car. Nobody at their company tried to solve the situation. Jeremy and Bryan Haarhues did nothing but kept hung up on me. And some girl at their service told me i have called to a hospital and i should quit bothering them , but the thing is , that i've messages from number that i've dialed , showing gatepass for vehicle , meaning that they lied to me. The company's management knows this, but does nothing. Why do we need such a company, if I have to solve all my problems myself? I would give them 0 stars if i could Do not mess with them if you do not want to work for free. More
