Groove Ford service department is a joke, especially the service manager Bijon. They took 5 1/2 weeks to fix a paint defect on my brand new mustang. I went into groove on 5/8 to report the issue. They took service manager Bijon. They took 5 1/2 weeks to fix a paint defect on my brand new mustang. I went into groove on 5/8 to report the issue. They took photos of the defect and told me they would get back to me after they send the photos to Ford. Over the next 4 weeks I called 5 times, left 3 messages with the service advisor that was helping me and 2 messages with other service advisors that told me they would get right back to me. I even stopped in in person to ask about the status of my warranty claim. I did not receive a call back until my 6th call when I asked to speak to a manager. Fast forward to today when I finally got my car back and I leave the dealer and the car runs out of gas a 1/2 block from the dealer. I call the dealership to talk to Bijon the service manager and ask him to bring me some gas and I tell him I am calling Ford to complain about how the dealer handeled my warranty issue and he proceeds to tell me if I call Ford to complain he is not going to send someone with gas to help me. He gave me an ultimatum if I was going to call ford he would not send someone with gas. I’m guessing if he was that desperate for me not to call ford he has a lot of complaints. More
Service center is absolutely terrible. Lack of professionalism and communication make it enough for me to NEVER want to go back. I had scheduled two separate appointments in attempt to get an esti professionalism and communication make it enough for me to NEVER want to go back. I had scheduled two separate appointments in attempt to get an estimate for repairs on my vehicle, both of which were a waste of time. They kept my vehicle over the weekend without ever contacting me to inform me they would be closing and not reopen until Monday. The lack of professionalism and follow through is enough for me to tell anyone to buy elsewhere and most definitely find a better location to have your vehicle serviced! More

WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF WORKING WITH. Honestly, if I could give them a zero out of five stars I would. I took my Fusion in to get the following two recalls resolved: SEAT OF WORKING WITH. Honestly, if I could give them a zero out of five stars I would. I took my Fusion in to get the following two recalls resolved: SEAT BELT ANCHOR PRETENSIONER CABLE & DOOR LATCH REPLACEMENT TWO DAYS it took for them to do this!! On top of this, the advisor who I had the appointment with, Anthony Hendricks, was extremely rude and did not give a crap about me or my time - I called him multiple times for updates on my vehicle and never got a call back. When I expressed to Anthony my displeasure on how long it took to fix these recalls, to my amazement he said, "Do you think you could do it any faster?" No apology for the inconvenience or anything - Extremely unprofessional. Additionally, I have worked for a Ford Service Department in the past, so I know that it is standard that they wash the vehicle once they are done with the repairs. Of course, when I went to pick up my car it was still filthy - I asked why they didn't wash it and with an attitude Anthony told me "we can wash it unless you want your doors to freeze". It was 40 degrees outside. RIDICULOUS. Lastly, when I got into my vehicle, both the driver side and passenger side doors were all the way forward both vertically & horizontally and all of the contents that were in my truck were thrown into the backseat for some inexplicable reason - both of these were out of spite I assume. If you need to get your car serviced, please save yourself the headache of dealing with such a disorganized scam of an operation that they're conducting at Groove Ford Service Center in Centennial, CO. However, if you're interested in paying twice as much for an oil change compared to LITERALLY anywhere else in the area then disregard because this might be the place for you! More
Do not trust this place with your vehicle! No stars! They will sabotage your truck. There’s so many other places in the area please consider one of them instead. My experience with Groove Ford has been hit and miss. Some experiences are good and some are horrible. Lately, the service department has been horrible. I had the rear brakes replaced recently on my F-15 Some experiences are good and some are horrible. Lately, the service department has been horrible. I had the rear brakes replaced recently on my F-150. It took them over 7.5 hours to complete a 1 hour job due to not having parts in stock (I guess I'm the only F-150 they have ever had to work on) or people available to work on my truck. In July, I had my sunroof repaired. Yesterday, I noticed it was leaking (it took a while to notice since it doesn't rain a lot in CO). I called Groove Ford. It took five attempts before Service answered the phone. All they could tell me was to bring it in an leave it, and they don't have any loaner vehicles for me. This is my only vehicle, so leaving my truck for several days with nothing else to drive is not a solution. Also, it is supposed to snow in CO this weekend. So, because of their poor workmanship, I'm going to have water all in the cab of my truck. Groove Service couldn't care less. More
Rating is ZERO. Service is beyond bad. This team couldn't organize a two horse parade. Took my truck in for a friday scheduled appointment. They didn't look at until Saturday. However, what they couldn't organize a two horse parade. Took my truck in for a friday scheduled appointment. They didn't look at until Saturday. However, what they didn't tell me was that the technician I needed is available on Saturdays. They knew that specific technician was needed because they knew the issue. Over the course of 8 days, I received 1 phone call. I had to call in order to get information. They didn't order the part until Wednesday. Was then told truck would be ready on Friday. Nope. "Part didn't arrive early enough to get job done". Once again, "special technician" doesn't work Saturdays, so now I am being told it will be ready on Monday, MAYBE. STAY AWAY More
