I had originally had my mind set on purchasing a vehicle at a different dealership but had decided to check out a potential "keeper" at Groove before making my final decision. I was in a bit of a rush and had no intention of purchasing the vehicle on their lot. This was before I met Gabe. Gabe approached us, understood that we were trying to move quickly, and had the car that I was interested in out right away for me to take a look at. After already planning on buying a different vehicle, her service completely changed my mind. She was extremely professional, charismatic, knowledgeable and helpful. No sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accommodating service. In fact, within ten minutes I had already known that I wanted to work with her instead of the other dealership. I fell in love with the car and was willing to do everything to make it possible. The manager, Rich, along with Gabe gave me a fair price for a trade in to meet my needs. Their service was excellent! I had moved from Arizona so the title was not approved in Colorado which made the process a bit confusing and difficult. However, with Rich and Gabe's help, they turned what could've been a nightmare into a good experience. I understand that mishaps can happen, but it's how you handle those issues that matter most.
