Complaint Regarding Finance Dept. We purchased a new vehicle from Groove Ford. The Finance person that processed the purchase had 7 different lenders pull individual credit reports. We purchased a new vehicle from Groove Ford. The Finance person that processed the purchase had 7 different lenders pull individual credit reports. My credit score went down 76 points as a result. I am very angry and disappointed. I will never recommend Groove Ford. I was very resistive to his attempts to convince me buy the different protection plans and other items and i am now suspicious that he did this on purpose. I asked him about the process of finding the best interest rate and this xxxxxxxx happens. It will take months to repair my credit. More
