They sold us a vehicle and told us it was All Wheel Drive. We took it to get serviced by manufacture and was told it was Rear Wheel Drive. Their return policy is 4 days- we bought it on a Friday and they accepted our return the following Tuesday. We will probably buy 2 more vans from them! More

Brian was very helpful: so patient (no pressure), always got back to me when I had questions or concerns, and honest. He is laid back but gets the information when you need/want it. I finally decided to turn my lease in and purchase new. LOVE my 2020 Escape Titanium! The FORD incentives are amazing right now and could not be passed up. I still love my 2017 Escape, but someone is going to get a great used car! Also, Russell from finance was very helpful as well. The Service Dept also awesome as I had a cosmetic repair that needed to be done prior to turning my leased vehicle in; they took excellent care of me! This was the first time buying a vehicle and I must say that Steev made it so easy. If you want help finding a car or truck Steev is the guy to talk to. Steev will make sure he is getting you into the car you want and show you the best possible option. For me personally I was looking for an F-150 and Steev lead me exactly where I needed. He also said he likes to lean on the higher end of what you might be paying on a truck for financing. That way when you actually start going through the buying process there won’t be any surprises. And you will be surprised it will actually cost to finance a vehicle. Overall it was an amazing experience and I would recommend anyone who is looking for a new or used car to speak with Steev before actually buying. Thank you for everything Steev! More

Bought a truck and right after I drove it off the lot the tire pressure light comes on. I take into a mechanic and they said the tire pressure sensors were taken off the tires and never put back on and that tire pressure light comes on. Steev is a wonderful assistant, easy to work with and not intrusive consultant. He is also very hardworking and it is clear that he is giving 100% to his job.
