Picked up my 2023 Ford F150 Lightning last weekend, the whole process was great at Groove Ford. I did purchase some floor mats and clear bra protection, because they offered both at a nice discount. My vehicle was a reservation and special order and Emerson kept me updated throughout the process. He even set me up for text alerts so I knew where the vehicle was at all times. If you do a reservation and special order, I'd highly recommend Groove and specifically Emerson. More
