I bought a new bronco sport from them that had an open recall, with no time table for parts to fix it I was very upset. That’s when Oscar the general sales manager reached out to me he got me back in ther recall, with no time table for parts to fix it I was very upset. That’s when Oscar the general sales manager reached out to me he got me back in there and they bought the loan back for the first car. He then gave me the option of getting my down payment back and going elsewhere to get a car or he wanted me to look at an upgrade from my original one if I wanted before I left so I did it was very nice with no recall he then proceeded to give me a very good deal on it honestly a better deal than the first one but never pressured me into getting it. I did end up getting it and the fact that he did all that made me feel like he really cared about righting the situation he was excellent!! The sales team from Josh who immediately helped me the first day getting the car going on a test drive all of that to Kevin who made sure I got the options I wanted to Teddy who was very fast and helpful the second day were all good. Also Taelor in financing was great both times at explaining everything she was very knowledgeable and friendly! More
