Groove was unlike most other dealerships I have went to. The sales folks were friendly and fine with you just looking around. When we were interested in a vehicle, our sales person took the time to describe the features and showed why their vehicles were different from another manufacturers. I never felt rushed or the expectation that I had to buy. When it came time to purchase they gave us all the time we needed to think it over and things were explained clearly. I'd go there again, especially if we could get the same sales person. We worked with Jerome Feth (doncha know!) and really it was all him that made it pleasant. More

Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. My salesman, Zack was great.....friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. I was very impressed with the quality service I received. I didn't feel high pressured and the salesman was very knowledgable. The customer service I receieved from Juan Montoya far exceeded my expectations. Coming from a customer service background myself, that is exactly how a guest should be treated.
