Also I included vehicle maintenance and it was not added to Fords computer system had to pay out of pocket for oil change. I tried to take it to a dealership Larry H Miller, which is much closer to me and they refused to take the time or concern to help me. My service advisor Alec educated me on the problem reassured me that it would be taken care of promptly and put me in a rental car until the vehicle was fixed. He also kept me apprised of the status of the car while it was in the shop. After being treated so poorly by the the other guys, I was even more grateful for how Groove handled the situation. The other experience made me want to sell my car and move on from Ford, myself and my family have had Fords my entire life. Thanks to Alec and Groove my confidence is restored. Thank you!! More

The service manager Bengy KNOWS they have phone issues however continues to make excusses. I can't believe Ford would allow for such RUDE AND UNCARING reps. All my car issues were warranty repairs. The worst experience ever Do yourself a favor don't bring your car here, I brought my wife's fusion here, It had and issue with reving up to 4500 - 5000 rpms on steep hills, we Do yourself a favor don't bring your car here, I brought my wife's fusion here, It had and issue with reving up to 4500 - 5000 rpms on steep hills, we told them they needed to drive the car to the mountains to diagnose the car, these idiots kept my wife's car for 5 weeks telling her all kinds of lies , they never drove the car to the mountains, and we know because they only put 20 miles in the car, how is that possible? to go to evergreen on a 20 mile round trip, all lies, my wife was very upset she cried all the way home mostly out of rage and helplessness ,they're all a bunch of liars who cover each others back More
Claimed they installed a new clutch:put the same one back in After returning from a deployment to the Middle East, I saved enough money to help my girlfriend purchase a new vehicle. We bought a 2011 vehicle from After returning from a deployment to the Middle East, I saved enough money to help my girlfriend purchase a new vehicle. We bought a 2011 vehicle from the Groove dealerships; it was one of the worst mistakes of our lives. Little did I know the frustration and shady business practices that would later ensue. I will attempt to keep this review short and to the point. When buying the vehicle, Groove guaranteed a 7 point inspection was performed on the car. This ensured the main components of the vehicle were fully functioning. 1 week later she was broken down on the side of the road. That was lie #1. We brought the vehicle in for services due to transmission issues that were covered under a Ford warranty. The clutch was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. They informed us that they installed a brand new clutch (that they “rush ordered” the part), and the vehicle was SAFE to drive. Three weeks later, the transmission fails on a 2011 vehicle. We towed the car to a different Ford service center in Littleton. They told us the clutch was never actually replaced by Groove Ford; it was just cleaned and put back in the vehicle. This is the equivalent of getting your oil changed and when the vehicle is done, figuring out no oil was drained, no new oil was replaced, and you have the same oil filter as you did when you brought the vehicle in for services. We are currently talking to Better Business Bureau and small claims lawyers to get this issue resolved. It’s amazing this facility is still in business. They would rip off their own grandmother in order to make profit. No customer should be treated the way Groove Ford treats their customers. When we confronted them about the issue, they pretty much said were sorry there is nothing we can do about it. It’s a shame car service centers and dealerships have sunk to this level. What pisses me off most is that the money my girlfriend and I used to purchase this vehicle came from protecting the American Economy’s right and freedom to pursue a business like theirs. I guess veterans are not high on their priority list. Only capital gain. More
