Great Service Joe Amaro was a great Sales Associate, he knew the information of the car I was looking at and gave me a great test drive to show all of the features Joe Amaro was a great Sales Associate, he knew the information of the car I was looking at and gave me a great test drive to show all of the features of the vehicle. He also arranged for me to take the car home the same day even though I wasn't ready with my finances at that time. He also walked me through the whole process without talking down to me or treating me like I didnt know what I was doing, even though I did. After spending several days trying to get ahold of someone to get me in for a recall appointment, then again to figure out what all was needed to purc After spending several days trying to get ahold of someone to get me in for a recall appointment, then again to figure out what all was needed to purchase my leased vehicle, I was frustrated to say the least after I was blown off and passed around from person to person with no return phone calls. I was put in touch with Sean once I actually came in to the dealership and he got everything taken care of and had me out of the dealership as soon as possible, as I asked. The dealership itself has not been super accommodating over the phone, but Sean has redeemed them for me. Thanks again for your help! More
